THE BELLEVUE GARDENS Drink in the sweeping view of Portland s west hills, framed by stunning floral gardens and three glorious pergolas perfect for a wedding ceremony, reception or any outdoor event. At twilight, watch the changing colors of the sunset while celebrating in style. Add a tent over the garden to extend your winter event from the ballroom, or to simply add shade during your summer event. Outdoor VENUES THE BELLEAIRE GREENS The Belleaire Greens is The Aerie's brand new ceremony site, perfect for wedding parties of up to 500! Nestled on our North 18 Greens, the Belleaire has a grand open-air feel, providing a beautiful vivid green landscape of rolling hills and trees, highlighted by a stately four-sided pergola, hedged with arborvitae and flowers. THE CAVE The Cave is a rustic gem, perfect for an intimate gathering, rehearsal dinner or the ideal landing spot following your golf event. Enclosed by a canopy of trees, the twinkle lights throughout allow for a magical experience. This space comes to life with a fire pit, tree stump seating, burlap covered hanging buffets and rustic bar, bar stools and barbecue. Take full advantage of the setting by treating your guests to a barbecue or pig roast, and don t forget s mores for dessert! MARQUEE TENT The Aerie s Marquee Tent is surrounded by majestic oak trees and panoramic views of the North Golf Course. With its removable sidewalls, comfortable heat, elegant chandelier and perimeter twinkle lighting, this permanent structure is available year around for any event need. 6 7

Indoor VENUES GRAND BALLROOM The elegant Grand Ballroom features a wall of glass accordion doors that open directly onto the Bellevue Garden patio, showcasing views of the west hills and gardens accommodating both indoor and outdoor events. The exquisite wood beams and dimmable chandeliers overhead lead the eye through the vast room with rustic, northwest elegance throughout. THE GREAT HALL The Great Hall is ideal for weddings, banquets, social events and meetings for up to 100 guests and, when combined with the Library, can comfortably accommodate seating for up to 150 or theatre style seating for up to 200. When combined this space is referred to as the Grand Ballroom. THE LIBRARY The Library provides the perfect setting for a more intimate gathering or a smaller meeting space. This area can be left open to the Great Hall or closed off for groups of up to 50 guests. 8 9

Golf Surrounding The Aerie is the beautifully maintained Eagle Landing Golf Course. Offering more than just a stunning backdrop for your next event, the Eagle Landing Golf Course was designed for golf s greatest challenge, the short game. With 27 holes of par 3 golf, nature inspired 36 holes of miniature golf, and 9 holes of foot golf, the year round facility is designed to offer both beginning and avid golfers a great experience for many happy returns. Whether you want that perfect shot for your wedding photos or want to make that perfect shot during your golf game, the Eagle Landing Golf Course offers the ideal setting to make memories. PAR 3 GOLF Modeled after a European style pitch and putt course, Eagle Landing is one of the few short courses in the Northwest. With each hole measuring between 40 and 90 yards, there is no better place to hone the most difficult golf shots. Unique undulations, elevations, sand traps and hazards distinguish each hole making Eagle Landing a course to be played time and again. Both the North 18 hole and South 9 hole courses have distinct layouts offering the perfect setting for beginners to learn the basic fundamentals and advanced players to focus on their short game. MINIATURE GOLF Eagle Landing s scenic miniature golf courses provide the ideal recreational outing. The challenging courses strategically curve in and out of trees, waterfalls and rock formations along all 36 holes. Eagle Landing s miniature golf is open year around for family fun adventures, corporate team building, fundraisers, date nights under the lights or a night out with friends. FOOT GOLF While other courses may be joining in starting Foot Golf, the one thing that makes our course unique and stand out above the rest is we are the first dedicated Foot Golf Course in the country. This means our Foot Golf Course does not interfere with either of our Par 3 Courses. You may also wear your cleats! The course is fit for any skill level or age group. With the Foot Golf industry growing, we wanted to implement our own course to create yet another fun and active way to enjoy time with family, friends and the beautiful outdoors. TOURNAMENTS One of the many unique opportunities we offer is that of a 9 hole par 3 tournament or 18 hole mini golf tournament in one hour from start to finish. Make it an 18 hole par 3 tournament in just two hours. Our tournament styles allow you to host a golf tournament with a meal and awards all in just a few short hours. Play a round of golf and let our culinary team spoil you with everything from cocktails to dessert while you enjoy your event. FUNDRAISING Allow us to ensure your fundraiser is a success by customizing an event that best meets the needs of your cause. Our favorite and most profitable style of fundraiser is the golf-a-thon model fashioned after a jog-a-thon where sponsorships are sought after for golf balls in the hole rather than laps around the field. Another unique fundraising option is Your day at Eagle Landing where we simply pay you a portion of the proceeds brought in by your visitors for that day. Of course, there is always the classic pay to play tournament fundraiser, which at Eagle Landing Golf Course offers the benefit of only a half-day commitment. Take off in Style with The Aerie Helicopter Send Off Package Powers Studios 503.698.8020 Flowertoss Photography Story OUR With a significant history dating back to 1926, the Eagle Landing Community began its days as the City View Golf Links, later to be named Top O Scott. In 1951, the course held the Oregon Open and over the years drew the notoriety of golf greats Sam Snead, Ben Hogan and Byron Nelson. Plans for the Eagle Landing Community were set in motion in 1995 when Neil Nedelisky purchased the Top O Scott Golf Course. In 2004, the Eagle Landing Golf Course opened as a new and completely transformed par 3 course with 36 holes of miniature golf, followed by the grand opening of The Aerie at Eagle Landing in 2006. Today, Mr. Nedelisky s original full vision for Eagle Landing is coming to fruition in the development of a premier walkable lifestyle community. At completion, in addition to golf and event amenities, Eagle Landing will boast a diverse mix of unique shopping, dining, office, entertainment, wellness, worship and home environments.
