GENERAL RULES : Race is organized under UCI rules and CCF rules Only riders registered via web form on www.vtm.bike or by e-mail info@vtm.bike will be allowed to the race The riders needs to supply their Name, Surname, Year of birth, Gender, Team name, Category and e-mail) At starting number collection the riders have to show a valid UCI licence or a valid ID document if enroled as non licenced rider with daily HBS licence The registration is personal and cannot be transfered to third persons With Your registration You accept the general race rules Registered riders agreed to have their photos and names used by Valamar Terra Magica in promotional purposes Riders partecipate at their own risk The participant accepts to waive any right, direct, or of third parties, against the organising committee and all individuals or organisations involved in the event. Furthermore, by enrolling in the event the participant declares to be sufficiently in form to face the challenge required to complete the race. RACE SECTIONS ON THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL ROADS : At some sections the race track will cross the regional and local roads which will be open for the traffic. It is the duty of all participants to adhere to the rules of the Croatian law regarding road use so as to ensure the safety of all participants and road users. Failure to do so may result in the participant being disqualified. RULES OF BEHAVIOUR : The races take place over a combination of private and public land. All competitors must show respect to the other competitors and the environment. The slower competitors have to respect faster riders when overtaked. You cannot change Your line if You're involved in the final sprint. Competitors have to report to refrees and stewards all irregulrities, injuries or dangers on the race track. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE RACE : Withdrawals from the race have to be reported to the refrees / commissaires, the transponder have to be returned to the timing service. Injuries or health problems also have to be reported to the race officials. TIMELIMIT : There will be three timelimit points at witch comissares have right to pull out competitors from the race Timelimit is set to race time of the leader plus 60% Timelimit points are at 4 km, 12 km and 41 km Competitor are obligated to handover theres starting number and timing chip to the comissare TRACKS : A 60km - XCM, B 40km XCP, C 20km - XCP The race track leads You through the trails of Rabac municipality the city of Labin and the Raša municipality with the breathtaking views of the Kvarner bay and the Raša gulf.
