The scope and level of competitors promises to make this one of the most dynamic, exciting competitions of recent memory. Without a doubt, your presence will add dimension and quality to a forum of elite athletes testing and honing their skills. Weighing: It happens by random before the given category. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to controll the weight of the competitors during the competition if it is necessary. In case the competitor was entered into a lower weight division than his actual weight, then the given competitor will be disqualified! The number of the participants is not limited! The Organizing Committe reserves the right to concentrate the categories depending on the number of the competitors! All competitors have the right to enter in his own age-group and weight division. It is possible to enter in more other categories according to the following: in KATA event in level and in age (just + 1 age-group) in KUMITE event in age (just + 1 age-group) and in weight division! The chart about the categories is the part of the invitation to competition.
RULES :EDUCATION-CNKDASP( kata and kumite W.K.F. modified ) WKF Regulations with the following differnces: Direct elimination system, W.K.F. rules with the following modifications kata and kumite direct elimination, two third places: KATA: Novice: one kata chosen free can be repeated in all age groups. Intermediate: Between 7-15 years: minimum two katas chosen free can be repeated by turns. Over 16 years: minimum three katas chosen free can be repeated by turns. Advanced: Between 7-15 years: in all rounds different katas chosen free must be shown. Over 16 years: according to WKF rules. Duration of Bout Duration of the Kumite bout is defined as three minutes for Senior Male Kumite (both teams and individuals) and four minutes in the Finals and Semi-finals matches. Senior Female bouts will be two minutes and three minutes in the Finals and Semi-finals matches. Cadet and Junior bouts will be two minutes. To assist the referee in regard to Category 2 offences the 30 second Atoshibaraku warning will be given at 10 seconds to go. Attention: KUMITE: TEAM KUMITE: 8-13 years: children rules: absolute yodan controll! clear fighting time: 1 minute, extra time 30 seconds. 14-17 years cadet rules, clear fighting time: 2 minutes, extra time 1 minute. from 18 years: adult rules, clear fighting time: 2 minutes, extra time 1 minute. Over 18 years males the fighting time is 3 minutes! The rules are the same as by the individual kumite! Number of the members of the team: 3 + 1 members by categories! All competitors must have their own red and blue belts. Protecting equipments: Compulsory: Advised: blue and red soft hand protector, mouth guard, Cadets will wear the new WKF face mask and body protector. blue and red shin guard and foot protector. chest guard (compulsory over 14 years), groin guard. Entrance conditions: The BUDO certificate or WKF certificate must be showed up by the registration.
In all categories the verification of the sports physician is needed (can competeregistration). The coaches are required to check the validity of the verification of the sports physician, and all competitiors are required to bring their valid health insurance certificate with them, because showing this is needed for a possible health provision. All competitors must have insurance as well. Entry fees: The entry is a declaration at the same about that the conditions are fulfilled, so about the competitor have a valid BUDO certificate or WKF certificate, verification of the sports physician, valid health insurance certificate and insurance as well. The leader is responsible for the lack of these documents. In the absence of any of the entrance conditions if it is found out the competitor or the team might be disqualified. To certify the age the passport, to certify the karate degree the BUDO certificate or WKF certificate are accepted by the Organizing Commitee. The person arriving at the registration is obliged to bring the passports and BUDO certificate or WKF certificates of all competitors. During the championship on the basis of a notice the age, degree and weight of the competitors will be checked by the Orgaizing Committee, so it is suggested from the competitors to keep their passport and their certificate with them or with their leaders In the absence of this the competitor might be disqualified. In case the competitor is disqualified because of the coach or of the fault of the competitor, or in case the competitor stands off, the entry fee won t be paid back by the Organizing Committee! In individual events: In team events: Deadline for entry: 15 Euro/ person / 1 event 40 Euro/team / event 29 st September 2009. time:12.00 a.m.(fax and E-mail) AFTER THE DEADLINE ABOVE WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ENTRY! Caveat: It is possible at the main referee of the competition directly after the argued event. Fee of it: 50 Euro, which is paid back in case the caveat is effective. Accomodation: Accomodation registration can be done through the Organizing Committee by the participating teams. The Orginizing Committee would like to help in this. Concerning to the above mentioned we are going to provide the exact and necessary information on the phone, or in writing. The Organizing Committe does not undertake to provide accomodation for those who sign this claim after the entry deadline!
Lodging: According to the previous order in the hotels. We ask those leaders, who book board and lodging through the Organizing Committee to transfer the amount of money of the accomodation and lodging with the entrance fee together to the bank account can be found at the end of the invitation.
