Welcome to JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals 2016! This year is going to be our largest Cheer Super Nationals to date! Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions to help make your trip to Indianapolis simple and stress- free! 1. Where do we park? Parking is available in several surrounding garages adjacent to the convention center, as well as hotel parking garages that offer public parking. All lots offer paid parking ONLY, so please come prepared. JAMfest does not receive any compensation for parking and we have no effect on what the rates are at the various lots. 2. Do we have to pay a spectator fee? 2 DAY SPECTATOR PASS - $35.00 2 DAY SENIOR 65+ PASS - $25.00 2 DAY MILITARY PASS - $25.00 (with ID/No Dependents) 1 DAY SPECTATOR PASS - $20.00 1 DAY SENIOR 65+ PASS - $15.00 1 DAY MILITARY PASS - $15.00 (with ID/No Dependents) Toddlers and Infants - 4 and Under are FREE!
Admission includes free coat check and FREE access to the parent lounge (all while supplies and space lasts). All spectators, coaches and athletes will have unrestricted access to all performance halls after entrance. Athletes must be in uniform or team warm up to pass though without a wristband. Parents admission sales will be located in the Capitol Hallway Ticket office located by hall J Box office times: Friday 1 PM Saturday 7 AM Sunday 7 AM 3. Can I use my own camera or video camera? Videotaping and photography are ALLOWED at all JAMfest events! Bring your camera and capture your very own home videos and memories of your team s performance! We will also have amazing photo and video production partners again this season! Classic Event Photography will be taking TONS of high quality action shots of every performance and Cheer Live will be recording and streaming all performances live online. Be sure to visit these booths located in Hall J. 4. Can I bring snacks into the venue? No outside food or beverage can be brought into the event. For your convenience, concessions are available on- site, but there are TONS of restaurants within walking distance of the venue. You are free to leave the venue and return at a later time with your wristband. 5. What social media outlets can I post to or search to see photos, videos, questions and updates? Where can I purchase a Cheer Super Nationals event t- shirt? Be sure to stop by the JAMwear Store for the Official 2016 JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals merchandise along with the greatest selection of apparel and novelty items offered in the cheer industry. JAMwear is located in Hall H. 8. Will there be any other vendors selling merchandise? JAMfest has secured some AMAZING vendors to bring you the best products and merchandise in the industry. Stop by the vendor booths to check out these incredible offers! 9. Is there an area where parents can go to escape the craziness? JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals will be offering a Parent Room. The Parent Room is fully equipped with private concession stand, a cash bar, and more! This is a perfect retreat if you are looking to step away from the action for awhile. Admission into the parent room is FREE. The Parent Room will be available space permitting. *Must be 21 to enter. 10. Where is the best place to see my child perform? A JAMZONE standing room only area will be available within each performance hall. This is so the fans of each team can be up close to the action while their team is performing. The JAMfest staff will monitor this area to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to utilize this space during their team s performance. Please make sure you follow the flow of the space and move in and out quickly. Thank you for your cooperation in advance! 11. Is there a lost and found for the event? Lost and Found is located at our Jammy Shop merchandise store. If you find any item that doesn t belong to you or if you accidentally left behind a personal item, please visit the Jammy Shop!
12. What is the schedule for the weekend? JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals is a super packed three- day event! Here is what is happening each day. Friday JAM Rehearsals This is an optional scheduled dress rehearsal time when teams can perform their routines on stage with the real lights and sound system. There is a charge for JAM Rehearsal, so check with your coach to see if your team will participate! Only athletes and coaches will be allowed in the performance hall during JAM Rehearsal. The purpose of JAM Rehearsal is to let the athletes get their jitters out, so this is a closed performance. Open Practice Area The amazing JAMfest Super Nationals practice area will be open on Friday night to teams who would like to utilize it for FREE! For crowd control and privacy reasons, only athletes and coaches are allowed in the practice area. Check with your coach for your assigned practice time. The MAJORS! JAMfest Events is excited to once again host the MAJORS, the most selective All- Star cheer competition in the WORLD! To be selected for this prestigious event, teams must be among the "Best of the Best". Announcement of Standings will take place approximately 30 minutes after the last performance of EACH DIVISION and will be announced in each team s respective performance hall. These will also be posted on social media.
Sunday Team Performances will be going on all day long in all four performance halls! Please check out the Performance Order online for times and hall assignments. Visit The JAMwear Store anytime! The store will be open in Hall H from the time doors open until the last Awards Ceremony is finished! All Awards Ceremonies take place in Hall F: Champions Arena.
