Section 4 First Aid Measures Eye contact: If this product gets into eyes, immediately wash eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while holding the upper and lower lids open. If eye irritation develops or persists obtain medical attention. Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing/shoes and wipe excess from skin. Flush skin with water. Follow by washing with soap and water. If irritation occurs get medical attention. Do not reuse clothing until cleaned. Ingestion: Inhalation: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. If conscious, give 2 glasses of water. Obtain medical attention without delay. Remove victim to fresh air and provide oxygen, if breathing has stopped or difficult, give artificial respiration. Get medical attention immediately. Section 5 Fire Fighting Measures Flash Point (method): Extinguishing Media: Protection of Firefighters: 180 DEG C Foam, C02, dry chemical, avoid using water. Clear fire area of unprotected personnel. Do not enter confined fire space without full personnel protective equipment including a positive pressure NIOSH approved self-contained breathing apparatus. Cool fire exposed containers with water. Fire and Explosion Hazards: Containers exposed to intense heat from fires should be cooled with water to prevent vapor pressure buildup which could result in container rupture. Container areas exposed to direct flame contact should be cooled with large quantities of water as needed to prevent weakening of container structure. Vapors are heavier than air and may travel along the ground or may be moved by ventilation and ignited by pilot lights, other flames, sparks, heaters, smoking, electric motors, static discharge, or other ignition sources at locations distant from material handling point. Section 6 Accidental Release Measures Precautions: If material is released or spilled, evacuate the area, ventilate and avoid breathing vapors. Dike area to contain spill. Clean up area (wear protective equipment) by mopping or with absorbent materials and place in closed containers for disposal. Avoid contamination of ground and surface waters. Do not flush to sewer. Clean Up Methods: Dispose of in accordance with federal, state, local regulations. (See also Section 8 for information on Exposure Controls and Personal Protective Equipment)

Section 7 Handling and Storage Exposure Limits: The PEL (OSHA) and the TLV (ACGIH) is 5 mg/m3 for oil mists. Handling: Storage:. Keep away from heat, spark, and flame. Use only in a well-ventilated area. Store at ambient or lower temperature. Keep containers tightly closed and upright when Not in use. Store in accordance with all current regulations. Section 8 Exposure Controls / Personal Protection Ventilation Controls: Local exhaust ventilation may be necessary to control vapors within applicable exposure limits. Ventilation equipment should be explosion proof if explosive concentrations of vapors are present. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Eye Protection: Wear safety glasses, splash goggles, or full-face shield to prevent eye contact. Skin Protection: Wear rubber chemical resistant gloves to prevent skin contact. Respiratory Protection: Use NIOSH approved respirator with organic vapor cartridges if vapor levels exceed allowable workplace exposure limits. General Hygiene Practices: Wash thoroughly after handling. Prevent Eye contact. Avoid prolonged skin or inhalation contact. Section 9 Physical Data Appearance: Orange oily liquid Odor: Petroleum odor. Physical State: Liquid ph: N/D Boiling Point: N/D Melting Point: Vapor Pressure: <0.01 mmhg@20 DE Vapor Density: >1 AIR=1 Odor Threshold: VOC: N/L Solubility in Water: Negligible Specific Gravity (water = 1): 0.850

Section 10 Stability and Reactivity Stability: Material is normally stable at ambient temperature and pressure. Hazardous Polymerization: Will not occur. Hazardous Decomposition Products: Carbon monoxide and unidentified organic compounds may be formed during combustion. Conditions to Avoid: Do not heat above flash point. Sparks, and open flames. Incompatibility: Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents such as liquid chlorine, concentrated oxygen, sodium hypochlorite or calcium hypochlorite. Section 11 Toxicological Information PETROLEUM DISTILLATES, HYDROTREATED HEAVY PARAFFINIC: Oral: Rat LD50: >5,000 mg/kg Inhalation: ------ Irritation data: Skin LD50 mg/kg: Rabbit >5,000 Carcinogenicity: No known Reproductive effects: ----- ZINC ALKYL: Oral: ----- Inhalation: ----- Irritation data: ------ Carcinogenicity: No known Reproductive effects: ----- Section 12 Ecological Information Chemical Fate and Effects: This material is expected to have adverse effects on marine and plant life. Spills may contaminate drinking water. Section 13 Disposal Considerations RCRA Hazardous Waste-. Consult federal, state and local regulations regarding disposal methods, recycle Used oil. Do not contaminate used oil with solvents or other chemicals.
