LIFT PASSES We have contracts with the lift pass office and are able issue pre-booked passes at the chalet which are handed you ready use on your arrival in the resort. Passes are available for any other duration from three days upwards. Please contact us for information or look at our website. Carte Neige insurance is available at a supplement at 2.80 per adult per day, 2.40 per child per day. Please let us know when you book if you require this insurance as it cannot be added afterwards. SKI SCHOOL ESF (Ecole du Ski Francais) The local ESF ski school meeting point is located right next our chalets in Les Bruyeres or for guests in Le Bettaix in the resort centre at La Croisette. We operate a minibus service in the morning for beginners the ESF Ski School from Le Bettaix for guests who book their lessons through us. Group lessons are provided at all levels with English speaking instrucrs. The school employs 200 instrucrs and provides a wide range of services for both adults and particularly the children. Children will do 2 hours of lessons in the morning so that skiing is a pleasure and game and then have lunch in the centre s restaurant. The afternoon includes the possibility of a nap, snow shoe walking in the Croisette area, sledging and inside games. Children are taught by fully qualified instrucrs in a protected area featuring special equipment including magic carpets, mini-ski ws, a rope w, structures and welcoming figures encourage learning. Special attention is given children provide a secure, fun and friendly atmosphere. The ski school guarantee always teach in the child s native language (from the languages above) and beginners can progress in a safe environment in the private secure snow garden equipped with moving carpet. Teen Session Special Groups for Teenagers Slalom, moguls, off piste, freestyle - Prosneige offer a week of sensation with all the security you need. For teenagers who want ski in a fun atmosphere with a group of the same age. Same prices and time as the children's group lessons. PRIVATE INSTRUCTORS Ski School in Conjunction with ESF Private instrucrs are available provide a whole range of services from taking a private instrucr yourself for an hour, engaging the services of an instrucr for the whole week work on a dedicated basis with your group. This gives the maximum flexibility exploit the instrucr perhaps by using him or her for adults in the morning and kids in the afternoon, or for beginners for 2 hours and experts for the remainder of the day! The instrucrs we use are from the Ski School division of ESF who all speak fluent English and are more accusmed working with English guests. These instrucrs are based in the Bruyeres office of ESF but are also available meet guests in Bettaix at the Croisette meeting point. The price varies according high or low season. High season dates are 23rd December 5th January and from 17th February 16th March. All other dates are at the low season price. Lesson times also vary according the time of the year. The nursery has English speaking carers including nursery nurses and qualified child carers and can take a maximum of 28 children in this age group. Places are therefore limited and early booking is essential. The facility includes secure play areas, eating areas and 3 sleeping areas with cots for the younger ones. Children are allocated their cot at the beginning of the week and it is kept just for them for the duration of their stay. ESF Piou Piou Mini Club Mini Club Children aged 2.5 5 years old (non skiing) ***Based on last season s prices*** Situated next our chalets in Les Bruyeres and in La Croisette, the mini-club is part of the ESF Ski School where young children can discover snow without skiing. They play games both inside and out including snowballs, raquettes (snow shoe walking) and sledging and they will also take the telecabine (gondola lift) experience the mountain. Lunchtime supervision and a meal can also be provided if required - places are limited so early booking is essential. The Mini Club facilities include secure indoor and outdoor playing areas, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen plus several quiet sleeping areas.
