NATIONAL PROGRAM ALL Ambassadors will be required to sign up to the National Program, via the National website. This is the minimum criteria that must be met or agreed to be delivered before signing up to the State Program. STATE PROGRAM Upon discussion with RCM s or School Program Officers, ambassadors who meet criteria for the State Program, will be upgraded to Silver or Gold Levels. Silver (All National & Silver Criteria MUST be delivered) Gold (All National & Silver plus at least one Gold Criteria MUST be delivered) 3

CRITERIA Deliver a 4 week MILO in2cricket Skills Program in school. Register online at https://community.cricket.com.au/schools/in2c ricket-skills-program Please note: If you are not a registered national ambassador, you will be asked to register prior to registering to deliver the skills program. CRITERIA Allow WACA Cricket Officers to do promotional visits in school. Followed by ensuring advert is placed in school newsletter or posted on Facebook (mandatory). REWARD Scorchers giveaways to hand out as rewards Minimum number of teams (at least 1 girls teams/unless all boys school) to participate in an Interschool Cup (mandatory). - Schools 350+ kids = min 4 teams - Schools 200-350 kids = min 3 teams - Schools under 200 kids = min 2 teams -Scorchers Cap -10 x Scorchers Water Bottles (500ml) -BBL Shirt (provided by Cricket Australia) Note* To redeem your incentive visit https://www.designstoyou.com.au/oms/schoolambassador.php and login using your ambassador email address. Additional Incentive: Schools with a minimum of 4 girls teams participating in a Interschool Cup, where the winners qualify for the Regional Finals. AUTOMATIC entry for one girls team plus the winning team (if applicable) into the Regional Finals BONUS Incentive (not mandatory): Deliver a 4 week MILO in2cricket Skills Program, followed by a MILO T20 Blast Intra-School Carnival between the last 5 weeks of T3 and first 3 weeks of T4. REWARD TBC PLUS Go in the draw for a WILD CARD entry for one boys & one girls team into the Regional Finals 6
CRITERIA (OPTION 1) Deliver a minimum 6 week registered MILO in2cricket Program in T1, T3 or starting 1st 2 weeks of T4 with a minimum of 15 registrations. Please note: Requires approval from the WACA and must not conflict with a nearby club/community s MILO in2cricket Program. Alternative Incentive: Run a GIRLS ONLY registered MILO in2cricket Program with the same criteria as above. REWARD Choice between: -MILO in2cricket Kit Bag -Marquee (Oztrail 3x3m) -Voucher to Cricket Shop -Choice between the above rewards PLUS -$100 Voucher to the Scorchers online shop 7
CRITERIA (OPTION 2) Minimum number of NEW participants registered to a club/association s MILO in2cricket / MILO T20 Blast Program for the very first time: - Schools 350+ kids = min 20 kids - Schools 200-350 kids = min 15 kids - Schools under 200 kids = min 10 kids REWARD -Signed Scorchers playing shirt for the school (if available) OR -$100 voucher to the BBL online store Terms & Conditions This ONLY applies to kids that have NEVER participated in a club s (any club) MILO in2cricket or MILO T20 Blast Program before. Participants will be cross checked on MyCricket and the WACA will have the final say as to whether or not the participant fits the criteria as a NEW participant to the particular program. The school population will be based on the numbers listed on education websites. RCM or SPO to provide ambassadors with updates as to how they are tracking. The winners in regards to the bonus reward will then be announced during Term 2. 8
CRITERIA (OPTION 3) Working closely with School Program Officer and local club, form a girls only MILO T20 Blast school team/s (8 players per team) to participate in the closest MILO T20 Blast community Centre (WACA Staff to advise). Tasks to include: -Forming team/s -Allocation of team manager/s One per team (parents) -Submit nomination to local club & RCM -Ensure girls are registered and paid online through Playcricket.com.au by week 3, T4. -In conjunction with the RCM and local club, complete a handover period to ensure ease of transition, including teacher being present at the first session REWARD $150 Voucher to a cricket shop for every team (eg: 2 teams = $300 voucher) Additional Rewards (MUST complete one of the Gold Criteria): -Automatic entry for ONE Boys & ONE Girls team plus any winning teams into the Regional Finals -Recognition at the CJCC Awards night for the Regional Ambassadors of the year 9
CRITERIA The Metro and Regional ambassador with the highest number of kids from their school on average (based on school population) registered to a club/association s MILO in2cricket and/or MILO T20 Blast Program for the very FIRST TIME. REWARD $1000 REWARD EACH for the school Terms & Conditions Ambassadors MUST have a minimum of 20 kids registered for the first time to qualify for this reward. This ONLY applies to kids that have NEVER participated in a club s (any club) MILO in2cricket or MILO T20 Blast Program before. EXAMPLES -Ambassador to actively contact clubs to offer the below opportunities (Cricket officer can supply club s contact details if need be) -Organise parent information nights/sessions Invite club/s to present. -Gain permission for clubs to setup registration desks in school during peak periods (when parents are mostly around) in lead up to the cricket season Send invitation to clubs regarding opportunity and book them in. -Invite clubs to attend with Regional Cricket Manager and talk to students and setup a registration desk. -Promote club programs/activities in school newsletter and/ faceboook pages for 2-3 weeks in a row leading up to the cricket season. -Invite clubs to run a session/s at the school during cricket programs -Run at least one session at a club for kids to get the feel of being in the club environment -Encourage clubs to send through any good news stories relating to past or present students from the school to include in the Newsletter -Encourage kids to go down and join in on the club programs 11

Option 2: Conduct a 4-6 week lifestyle cricket program with the last session held at a club (eg: Street League/Backyard/Beach/etc) -$50 Voucher for Slater Gartrell Sports Store -$50 Voucher for Slater Gartrell Sports Store + a set of illuminated cricket stumps 14
CRITERIA (OPTION 1) Working closely with the Regional Cricket Manager and WACA Female Engagement Specialist (Chloe Nella), form a girls only school team/s (8-10 players per team) to participate in the U13 s, U15 s, or U18 s Girls Perth Scorchers League (WACA Staff to advise). Tasks to include: -Forming team/s -Allocation of team manager (if not yourself) and team coach One each per team (parents) -Submit nomination form to chloe.nella@waca.com.au -Pay any team registration fee/s -Team to be registered on My Cricket Training will be provided -Games will be played weekend mornings -Team nominations due Mid September (T4 comp) and/or early January (T1 comp) REWARD -Starter Kit Bag and Training Kit -Support from the WACA 15
CRITERIA (OPTION 2) Participate in the Term 4, Perth Scorchers School Girls League Competition Pilot: -Divisions Year 7-8 -6 week competition starting week 3-8 players per team -Two school staff to attend coaching/umpiring course -School to allocate home ground with synthetic wicket -Submit nomination form/registration of interest to chloe.nella@waca.com.au -Games will be played midweek, after school. -First 2 weeks of term WACA to run skills sessions with schools REWARD -Starter Training Kit -Free umpiring/coaching course -WACA delivered skills sessions -Support from the WACA 16
CRITERIA (OPTION 3) Provide the WACA with the opportunity to utilize older students to assist with umpiring and scoring MILO T20 Blast Primary School Cups. WACA staff to deliver training sessions to upskill students. Submit registration of interest to claire.steel@waca.com.au REWARD -Perth Scorchers Apparel -$50 Voucher for Slater Gartrell Sports Store -WACA to deliver subsidized umpire/coaching course for students PD opportunity (pending numbers) OR -$150 to go towards cost of transport 17
MANDATORY CRITERIA Register as a National Ambassador if you are a new ambassador If you are registered as a Silver or Gold State Ambassador, agreed criteria MUST be completed by end of Term 1. Criteria & Rewards Terms & Conditions Delivery of rewards will ONLY occur if the specific criteria has been completed (partial completion will not be accepted). Additionally if a reward relates to a specific event/date, the criteria must be booked in or completed before this date. For Silver & Gold Ambassadors, the WACA will make every attempt to deliver the rewards in a timely fashion, with the likely timeframe being during Term 2. Ambassadors are asked to consult their School Programs Officer or Regional Cricket Manager before registering as a Silver/Gold Ambassador to ensure that both parties are confident the criteria will be completed. Programs must meet the needs of the local area ie: consideration of programs that may clash with existing club programs. 19

QUALIFICATION FOR THE METRO REGIONAL FINALS -ALL Interschool Cups looking to qualify for the Metro Regional Finals MUST be completed by end of week 4, term 4. -ALL Metro Interschool Cup winners (boys & girls), plus Ambassadors who receive automatic entry MUST register their school teams online NO later than end of week 4, term 4. -Any schools Cups that occur after the above date and any schools that fail to register their teams by the above date will NOT qualify for the Metro Regional Finals. -It is the schools responsibility to ensure that their teams are registered online. QUALIFICATION FOR THE COUNTRY REGIONAL FINALS -ALL Interschool Cups looking to qualify for a Country Regional Final MUST be completed by the dates nominated by the Regional Cricket Officer. -All Country Interschool Cup winners must register for a Regional Final through the Regional Cricket Officer or relevant Ambassador -ALL Country Regional Finals must be completed by end of week 5, term 4 at the latest, with the winners to travel to the State Finals at the WACA date TBC. *NO exceptions to the above* 23
METRO REGIONAL FINALS Date: Thursday 9 th November Time: 9.00am 2:30pm Venue: Yokine Reserve Winner from each of the 7 metro regions to progress to the State Finals. COUNTRY REGIONAL FINALS Date: Various (contact your Regional Cricket Manager) Venue: Various Winner from each of the 5 country regions to progress to the State Finals. STATE FINALS Date: Friday 17 th November 2017 Time: 9.00am 2.30pm Venue: WACA Ground Please note: Dates, times & venues are subject to change. 24
REGIONAL CARNIVALS Contact your School Programs Officer (metro) or Regional Cricket Manager (country) to find out the details or the Regional Carnival near you. Winners from each division will progress to the State Finals. STATE FINALS (Year 7 10 Divisions) Date: Friday 3 rd November (TBC) Time: 9.00am to 2.30pm Venue: Brittania Reserve State Champions will receive $400 in prize money.
