RULES This competition is under the UEC rules. Riders will race with their own licence plate with their international number. Side plates are mandatory. TEAM SPACES AVAILABLE Dedicated spaces are at the disposable of any team. They are located right inside the event location and a few steps from the track. Renting price is 100 for: 1. FOOD SERVICE A food service will be open from Friday starting at noon. Service will be done also for diner on Friday and Saturday. A heated dining room is at your disposal until 22:30. VILLAGE You will find: Bike stalls and accessories, Stalls offering regional food products, candies, waffles Miscellaneous product stalls Bars Entertainment
SECURITY - PARAMEDICS The entire site will be lightened at night and secured by a watchmen security service. A paramedics team will be present in accord with the FFC rules. ACCESS TO SITE - PARKING Access to the inside of the site is under conditions. Only those with an authorized sticker will be allowed to get in. Theses stickers will be given to: - National Teams - French National Division Teams - Authorized teams - Campers - Officials - Press, TV - Stallers - Service and paramedics - Riders (if availabilities) Free parking are also at your disposal outside the site. CAMPGROUND (Check the enclosed reservation form) The campground is located within the sport site and will be open from Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening. HOUSING - HOTELS Please use in priority the enclosed list of our partner hotels. All selected hotels are within 15 minutes of the track. DRIVING ON THE SITE Traffic and parking within the site are under strict regulations. Please respect the welcoming staff and signs in order to make it as smooth as possible. ********** BMX Besançon and the city of Besançon do not bear any responsability regarding thefts or damages happening on site, during the race, on the parking lots, on the campground or in the vicinity of the site.
