Participation: Entry fees: 1) All ISU Members are eligible to participate. 2) The organizer withholds the right to limit the number of competitors, if the number of registrations exceeds capacity. 60,00 per competitor in Seniors, Juniors and Advanced Novice 40,00 per competitor in Basic Novice, Debs and Cubs If no judge is supplied by the National Federation of the skater, the registration fee per competitor will be 90,00 / 70,00. Individual Results: The marking system (ISU Judging System) will be used in accordance with the respective ISU Communications. The three best-placed skaters in each category will be announced and honored at the official Victory Ceremony. By registering for the competition, the skater agrees resp. the legal representative of the skater agree to the publishing of the results on the internet. Judges: Participating clubs or associations are asked to supply one judge per team with the minimum qualification "National championships" who is trained in the new ISU Judging System. Hotel costs for judges must be paid by the registering club or association. The organizer withholds the right to choose the panel of judges. Music/ Only compact discs will be accepted. In accordance with Rule 343, 1, Planned Program: all discs must show the name and nation of the skater, competition event, and the exact running time of the music (not skating time). All discs must be submitted at the time of registration. Each program (short program, free program) must be recorded on a separate disc. The discs must function flawlessly. In addition, each skater must provide a backup disc for each program. If music information is not complete and discs are not provided, accreditation will not be given. Together with the entry forms the Program Content Sheet must be handed to the Organizing committee. 2
It is mandatory that the Program Content Sheet is completed by each skater in English using the terminology listed in the respective ISU- Communications. It is not permitted to hand over the Program Content Sheet directly to the responsible officials. GENERAL The Heiko Fischer Trophy 2018 will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2016, the ISU Special Regulations and Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating 2016, as well as with the relevant ISU Communications. In case of a very high number of skaters in one category, the organizer withholds the right to form several divisions in one category. The organizer also withholds the right to form groups of up to 8 participants in the categories Advanced Novice, Basic Novice, Debs and Cubs (according ISU Com. 2024 (revised)) if need arises. According ISU Rule 513 the starting orders for Seniors, Juniors and Advanced Novice Free Program will be in reverse order to the final result of the short programs. 2. New: DEBS GIRLS & BOYS The age requirements for DEBS: born after 1st of July 2006 and before 30 th of June 2008 3:00 min, +/- 10 sec for girls and boys Free Skating only: A well - balanced Free Skating Program for DEBS must contain: a) Maximum of 6 jump elements for Girls and Boys, and one of which must be an Axel type jump. There may be up to two (2) jump combinations or sequences. A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted. Jump combination can contain only two jumps. Triple jumps are not permitted. Any single and double jump (including Double Axel) cannot be executed more than twice in total. b) There must be a maximum of two (2) spins of a different nature (abbreviation), one of which must be a spin combination with or without change of foot (minimum of six (6) revolutions in total) and one spin in one position with or without change of foot (minimum of six (6) revolutions in total). Flying entry is in one spin optional. c) There must be one (1) step sequence fully utilizing the ice surface. The Program Components are only judged in Skating Skills Performance/Execution Interpretation Factors: For girls and boys 1,7 Levels explanations: For DEBS in all elements that are subject to Levels, only features up to Level 3 will be counted. New: CUBS GIRLS & BOYS The age requirements for CUBS: born after 1st of July 2007 and younger 2:30 min, +/- 10 sec for girls and boys Free Skating only: A well - balanced Free Skating Program for CUBS must contain: a) Maximum of 5 jump elements for Girls and Boys, and one of which must be an Axel type jump. There may be up to two (2) jump combinations or sequences. A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted.
