TERMS & CONDITIONS General Information The services of BigDayz are dependent on the weather conditions and on the riding level of a guest the availability of the equipment. The pricelist is valid from 01.01.2017 until 31.12.2017. All priced are in Euro and per person. All prices are including sales tax. Cancellation deadlines / fees Booked services may be canceled via e-mail or telephone at the particular station. The following conditions apply for cancellations: 1. After the e-mail confirmation till 30 days upon arrival we return 80% of the booked service; 2. 29-10 days upon arrival: 30% of the booked service; 3. 9-1 day/s upon arrival: 10% of the booked service; 4. No-shows are charged full. Valid is the arrival date/time confirmed by the customer. Registration and cancellation of the contract A course participant must be in the best of health. He/she must be able to swim for at least 15 minutes without any support. The kite-instructor can suspend a student from course, if he/she is behaving dangerously or disturbs the course. In this case BigDayz will not refund any money. Disclaimer BigDayz takes no responsibility for property damages or bodily injury of any kind. Also it does not take responsibility for theft, pilferage. This regulation also applies to guest storage. Courses Usually a kite lesson starts at the first booked day after the arrival. If the practical part of the course can not take place because of too much or too less wind, the course will be rescheduled or replaced with a voucher. BigDayz is not obligated to refund the course fee, if a customer wants to quit the course due to personal reasons. Rental The tenant is obliged to return any rental gear before seasonal closing of the station. If the tenant is not sufficiently skilled to handle the rental gear, BigDayz will refuse the rental. The renter is allowed to cancel the contract and to keep the rental fee. The tenant is liable for self-inflicted damages and must pay on its own and/or with his insurance. BigDayz staff takes care of trim and safe condition of the rental gear regularly. However, the tenant is obliged to check the rental gear before every use thoroughly and return it again in same / perfect condition. He/she has to report any damage when returning the gear. Severability clause If any provision of these policies and regulations or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these policies and regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these policies and regulations are severable.
