The bid must identify the mare by name and be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope. 4. The bids will be opened in the CEH office at 11:00am on January 4 th, 2016. 5. Successful bidders will have until 11:00am on January 5 th, 2016 to pay for their animal(s). Bidders have 48 hours from the end of the auction to pick up their horse(s).
