Identification of substances 1.1 Trade Name: Falling snow spray 1.2 Supplier:, The Snow Mill, Ebley, Stroud, Glos GL5 4TR, United Kingdom. 1.3 Contact: Darcey E Crownshaw 1.4 Telephone: +44 (0) 1453 840077 1.5 Applications Produces fine and coarse falling snow effect 2. Composition/Information on Ingredients 2.1 Ingredient CAS No Content Health Risk Water 40-50% Propan-2-ol 67-63-0 5-10% Xi 36,37 Propane 74-98-6 10-30% Isobutane 75-28-5 1 5% Butane 106-97-8 5-10% Specific ionic agents and auxiliaries less than 3% 3. Hazards identification 3.1 Non-flammable water based product with Flammable propellant. The combination produces a reduced flammability product in limited quantities. 4. First aid measures 4.1 Inhalation: Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. Perform artificial respiration if breathing has stopped. When breathing is difficult, properly trained personnel may assist affected person by administering 100% oxygen. Keep affected person warm and at rest. Get prompt medical attention. 4.2 Skin Contact: Wash the skin immediately with soap and water. Rinse with clear water and remove contaminated clothing. Get medical attention if further discomfort continues. 4.3 Eye Contact: Promptly flush eyes immediately with large amounts of water with lids lifted. Remove contact lenses before rinsing. Rinse for at least 15 minutes. Call physician if problem persists. 4.4 Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately. Provide rest, warmth and fresh air. 1

2 5. Fire-fighting measures. 5.1 Suitable extinguishing media: Powder, dry chemicals, sand, dolomite etc. Water spray, fog or mist. 5.2 Special fire fighting methods Containers close to fire should be removed or cooled with water. Use water to keep fire exposed containers cool and disperse vapours. 5.3 Fire and explosion hazards: Aerosol cans may explode in fires. Risk of explosion if heated above 50ºC 6 Accidental release measures. 6.1 Spill clean up methods Extinguish all ignition sources. Avoid sparks, flames, heat and smoking. Ventilate. Wear necessary protective equipment. If leakage cannot be stopped, evacuate area. Contain and collect spillages with non-combustible absorbent material, place in a suitable container for disposal in accordance with waste regulations. Do not allow to enter drains or watercourses. 7. Handling and storage. 7.1 Handling Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Provide good ventilation. Read and follow manufacturers recommendations. 7.2 Storage Store at moderate temperatures in dry, well ventilated area. Do not expose aerosol cans to direct sunlight or temperatures above 50ºC 8. Exposure limitations and personal protection Ingredient CAS No STD LT exp 8hrs St exp 15 mins Propan-2-ol 67-63-0 OES 400ppm 500ppm Propane 74-98-6 Asphyxiating Asphyxiating Isobutane 75-28-5 OES 600ppm 600ppm Butane 106-97-8 OES 600ppm 750ppm OES = Occupational exposure limit Use suitable ventilation No specific hand protection noted but gloves may be advisable No specific eye protection noted but goggles as required Wear appropriate clothing to prevent contamination. Physical and chemical properties 9.1 Appearance: Aerosol spray, water, white 9.1.1 Odour: Organic solvents 9.1.2 Solubility Soluble in water 9.2 Safety- relevant data Flash point - 40ºC propellant Auto-ignition temperature 410ºC Flammability limit lower % 1.8 Flammability limit upper % 12 10. Stability and reactivity 10.1 Stability Normally stable 10.2 Conditions to avoid and materials to avoid: As aerosols. Avoid heat, flames and other sources of ignition. Avoid contact with: strong oxidising agents, strong alkalis, strong mineral acids. 10.3 Hazardous decomposition products: Fire creates: vapours / gases / fumes of: Carbon monoxide (CO), Carbon dioxide (CO2). 11. Toxicological information 11.1 Health hazards general. Prolonged and repeated contact with solvents over long periods may lead to permanent health problems. 11.1.1 Inhalation Gas or vapour in high concentrations may irritate respiratory system. Gas or vapour displaces oxygen available for breathing (asphyxiation). Solvent vapours are hazardous and may cause nausea, sickness and headaches. 11.1.2 Skin May cause defatting of the skin, but is not an irritant. Prolonged or repeated contact leads to drying of the skin. 11.1.3 Eyes Accidental spray and vapour in the eyes may cause irritation and smarting. Wash eyes with pure water and seek medical aid as required. Repeated exposure may cause eye irritation. 11.2 Route of entry Inhalation 12. Ecological information 12.1 Data on possible environmental effects have been found. On information available, the limited quantity would not be expected to produce ecologically damaging effects. 13.
