4-H LIVESTOCK/ANIMAL INDENTIFICATION 4-H CLUB LEADERS Please provide the Lyon County Extension Office a copy of your 4-H Club s Program. If you need help in designing or copying the program contact the Extension Office and we would love to help, 472-2576. 4-H Club Programs are required & Leaders must have completed the Fall 2012 Leader s Training for the county insurance to cover your Club activities in 2013!! Club Programs are to be completed and turned into the Extension Office by December 31 for club meetings & activities to be approved by the Extension Office for the 4-H insurance to cover 4-H Clubs & members in 2013!!!!!! Please remember that Winter Activities that include Skiing, Snowboarding, Sledding, Ice Skating, or other winter recreation activity requires a special waiver to be signed by parents. SPRING 4-H LEADER TRAINING April 23 Forster Community Building 4-H CLUB MEETINGS Lyon County 4-H members are required to attend 4-4-H club meetings to exhibit at the Lyon County Fair.
