Information From February to May Main teams: São Paulo, Corinthians, Santos and Palmeiras Average goals per match: 2.7 (2013) The league has four groups. All teams play against all others except those in their own group. The top two teams from each group qualify for the quarterfinals. Then, they dispute a single match between themselves. The competition is fierce and includes great clubs and many classic rivalries. Information From August to April (one weekend per month) Matches with original graphics (score, roster, clock) Over 50 matches, including men s and women s tournaments (includes key matches) SD (16:9) Comprised of 16 doubles per tournament (men s and women s): 14 ranked and two guest doubles. The 16 doubles are divided into 4 groups of 4 teams each. Teams that place first and second from each group move on to the quarterfinals knockout stage. The winners move on to the semifinals, where they play a single knockout match to reach the final league match. Highlights Participation of topranked doubles from the World Circuit Brazilian Beach Volleyball won Olympic medals, including the current men s silver and women s bronze medals
