Hit a home run on Kiddie Field a kidsized replica of Citi Field take a few swings in a batting cage or test your arm for accuracy velocity with the Mets Dunk Tank radar gun. Mr. Met greets fans poses for photos at Good Humor Fan Fest during pregame the second inning of every game. Check Mets.com for pregame appearance times. Good Humor Fan Fest is scheduled to operate Mets home games from gates open until the mid-7th inning break, weather permitting. HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM Located adjacent to the Jackie Robinson Rotunda on the first base side, this 3,700 square foot space features artifacts from special Mets moments, interactive kiosks that allow fans to scroll through memory lane, highlight videos celebrating the Mets biggest feats. See the 1969 1986 World Series trophies, plaques for the 27 members of the Mets Hall of Fame. HOURS/ACCESS Opens for all home games at Citi Field when the gates open remains open until the end of the game. All fans with a ticket to the game have access to the Mets Hall of Fame & Museum. LOST & FOUND The Citi Field Lost Found Office is located in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda next to the Ticket Office lobby. On non-game days, guests can contact the office at 718-559-3178. On game days, the office is open from the time gates open until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game. CITI FIELD INFORMATION Visit Mets.com/CitiField go to the A-to-Z guide for further information RAINOUT POLICY As a Season Ticket Holder, rain checks may be redeemed for their face value on a Rain Check Card at Citi Field ticket windows or by mail to the Mets Ticket Office. The Rain Check Card is then redeemable at Citi Field ticket windows for the purchase of tickets to Mets regular season home games, subject to availability, or for merchise or concessions at Citi Field. Rain Check Cards may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account. SECURITY POLICIES In order to ensure the safety comfort of our Season Ticket Holders guests, the following security procedures are in place for this season: It is illegal to consume alcoholic beverages on the sidewalks or in the parking lots. Anyone doing so will be subject to summons or arrest. This law is enforced by the NYPD. Glass bottles, all metal cans containers, hard-sided coolers are not permitted in Citi Field. Guests may bring in one, soft, plastic, factory sealed water bottle of 20oz. or less, one sealed juice box for children. Alcoholic beverages; controlled or illegal substances; laser pointers; noisemaking devices; fireworks; animals (except for assistance purposes); weapons any item of similar nature may not be brought into Citi Field. Intoxicated or disorderly fans will not be admitted into Citi Field. Disorderly fans inside Citi Field are subject to ejection possibly arrest. Fans using foul or abusive language are subject to ejection. Fans interfering with play in any manner, including the throwing of objects onto the field or entering the field, are subject to arrest. Fans are not permitted to enter or remain in Citi Field wearing verbally provocative or inflammatory clothing. All bags h-carried items are searched prior to entry. Items can be no larger than 16 x 8. There are no bag check facilities at Citi Field. The Mets reserve the right to inspect all vehicles, items fans entering Citi Field grounds to determine which items are appropriate for admission. This inspection may include the use of hheld metal detectors h searches of individuals carried items. Tickets may not be resold at any price within 1,500 feet from Citi Field under penalty of law. SMOKING Smoking within Citi Field is prohibited, except for three designated smoking areas located at: PLAZA LEVEL - Left Field Gate FIELD LEVEL - Center field staircase ling across from the back of the CitiVision video board PROMENADE LEVEL - The top of the ramp across from section 527 Any ticket holder smoking in any location other than the three specified above is subject to ejection without further warning. TAILGATING Tailgating will be permitted only under the following conditions: No open flames of any type Only one parking stall may be used including space for vehicle Consumption of alcohol is prohibited Inappropriate or dangerous behavior will not be allowed Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in a fan s removal from the parking lots /or summoning of NYPD.
