GOLF OUTING RULES AND REGULATIONS Valley View Golf Club is very pleased that you have considered us for your outing; because of the policies of our club we must hold you responsible to adhering to the following: 1. All golfers participating in the event must abide by all rules and regulations of Valley View Golf Club, Inc. Un-sportsman like conduct will not be tolerated on Valley View premises. 2. Valley View Golf Club has a policy against any actions that would violate Indiana State Statutes. 3. Valley View Golf Club, its agents and representatives will not be liable for any acts of golfers on or off the premises. 4. All golfers must ride. 5. A deposit of $500.00 is required along with signed agreement to secure your outing date. 50% of the estimated food and beverage bill must be paid 2 weeks in advance of the event date; the balance will be billed after the event. 6. Payment to Valley View Golf Club, Inc. will be made by check or charge. 7. All carts must be returned to the cart staging area immediately upon completion of play and in the same good condition as when rented. Any and all damages will be the responsibility of the outing chairman and/or company hosting the event. 8. All food and drink consumed on the premises must be purchased through Valley View Golf Club, Inc. 9. Valley View Golf Club, Inc. is a metal spike free complex. Golf Car Rental Agreement: Golf cars are leased for a maximum of 18 holes per lease agreement. If the lessee retains the golf car after expiration, such retention shall be considered as a continuance of the lease and at the same rental rate and terms. Lessee agrees to return golf car in the same good condition as received. It is understood that the lessor shall not be liable for damages of any kind what so ever arising from the use and operation of the golf car. Lessee agrees to hold lessor free from all such damages. The lessee agrees to pay or reimburse the lessor for all charges incidental to all breakage, shortages, or damages during the term of the lease. The golf car is to be kept in the lessee s custody and will not be subleased. Lessee hereby acknowledges that he/she has full knowledge of the proper operation of the golf car. No more than 2 persons are permitted on the golf car at anytime. Car operator must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver s license to operate the golf car. Please sign here! X
