Event Specific Rules Cntinued; - All starts are side-by-side until the green flag is displayed. The frnt rw must maintain the pace established by the pace car and will be signaled t d s n the ne-way radi, if in the judgment f the Mr. DIRTcar Sprtsman Mdified Series Officials, the pace is nt maintained a penalty and/r penalties may be issued. - All restarts in all races (qualifying, B-Main s and r the Feature) will be duble-file with lead lap cars t the frnt and take place near the exit f turn fur as specified in the driver s meeting. Single file restarts may be instituted at any time during any race at the discretin f the Series Directr. - The leader is the cntrl car n all starts and/r restarts - Cautin laps will nt cunt. - If at any time the red flag is displayed and cmpetitrs are signaled t stp due t a red flag cnditin, cars must cme t a cmplete stp. After the field is stpped and is under cntrl f the pace car, Mr. DIRTcar Sprtsman Mdified Series Officials, will instruct any vehicle nt invlved in the red flag incident that needs t pit fr service, t pull up t the pace car prir t being released t the pit area n the neway radi. Any car that pits during the red flag perid will be required t restart at the tail f the field in their respective psitin.
