Proper Warm Up Remember: It s about the goalie not the shooter Stretch/Play catch to start (without coach) Arc shots Start high, then mid, then low (vary each though) Roughly 5 10 minutes of shots on cage Slower shots can be a negative Turns/Partners End with rapid fire (5 10 shots as high pace) When not getting warmed up, have a ball in the stick ready to feed the shooter.
