Fan Behaviour Clifford Scott Keele University Professor Social Psychology Clifford studies the behavior of people when being confronted with police/safety measures. He will explain to the delegates about crowd psychology principles and will link these to practical user cases of UEFA EURO tournaments and his work with Swedish football clubs. Benjamin Kandler Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL) Head of Fan Affairs Benjamin will present best practices on Supporter Liaison Officers and link this to best practices on prevention.
Stewarding Hendrik Grosse Lefert Deutscher Fußball-Bund (DFB) Safety Officer Hendrik will explain the difference and what to expect in terms of stewarding between professionals and volunteers. Phivos Constantinides GSP Stadium General Manager Phivos is General Manager of the national football stadium in Nicosia (Cyprus) and will explain about his work there. Next to this, Phivos also provides steward training during UEFA workshops. Oleksii Zhukovin FC Zenit Head of Sports Events Oleksii will point out the stewarding processes at the new Krestovsky Stadium in the light of the World Cup 2018.

Pyrotechnics Marc Van de Laar PSV Eindhoven Safety & Security Officer User case of smoke bomb incidents at PSV Eindhoven s Philips Stadion and the importance of CCTV. Mickel Lauritsen Liverpool FC Stadium Manager Mickel Lauritsen is former Brondby IF s Director of Stadium Operations and Security. The Danish football club works with their fans to develop safe and perfectly legal flares for stadium use.
