Marching through March with the hope that boaters will feel the anticipation in the air that Spring is coming and excitement builds about launching that boat! This has been a tough winter and response to courses are down possibly due to bad driving conditions but I have a feeling that we can change that tide by chatting up everyone and promoting our courses. Boating safety and education are so well needed for everyone on the water be it sea or lake or river. This Scuttlebutt has all details regarding upcoming courses. Call Flona with contacts you have who may be interested in getting their PCOC card or VHF card. We will look after them.
