Heads of delegation must present > medical insurance for each delegation member > FIG licences for each gymnast According to GP Regulations For the Grand Prix Groups, competition will be based upon 3 +2 Ropes and ball and 5 hoops 23.03.2017 : * Arrival of delegations * Official training 24.03.2017 : * Official training * Technical meeting * Judges meeting (Drawing) 25.03.2017 : * Competition day (Qualifications) 26.03.2017 : * Competition day (Finals) * Banquet dinner 27.03.2017 : * Departure of delegations All media representatives (journalists, photographers, TV) must request an accreditation from le LOC Media Office as soon as possible to have access to the media centre on the competition venue. Certified Medical Staff will be available during training and competition schedule Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the French Embassy or French Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to France. The LOC will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made on time (at least 6 weeks before the competition = February 12 th 2017) to the LOC. The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Member as well as the city the visa application support letter must be sent to. The Host Federation, the LOC and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation members 3
TRANSPORTATION with insufficient insurance cover must inform the OC in advance. The invited participating federations must pay for the travel costs of their delegation members to/from France. The LOC will cover the transportation to/from hotel from the airport Charles de Gaulle (Roissy en France), from the airport Orly Airport, Parisians train stations upon arrival and by departure. The LOC will cover the transportation to/from hotel to/from the Competition Hall. ACCOMMODATION MEALS FINAL BANQUET JUDGES AND JURIES PRIZE MONEY The Travel Schedule Form must be returned to the LOC before March 12 th 2017. For extras members and extra days of the delegation it will be possible (subject of availability) to book extras rooms in the official hotel and it will stay chargeable to federations (accommodations, breakfast, meals). The LOC will organize the Lunch in the Sport Hall for all participants. No additional charge for the maximum of authorized delegation. For extras members, each meal will cost 20 euros per person. The Final Banquet will be offered to all participants by the LOC.
