7.9m Limited Edition Purchasing Process As previously communicated Tiara/S2 Yachts limited run of 7.9m s is based on the requirement of pre-selling 15 hull # s. This is one of the primary reasons that allows for the boat to be offered at the low price. We have created a buying process that we believe protects all potential participants, 7.9m buyers as well as Tiara/S2 Yachts, in the event the minimum numbers are not met. The following describes the sequence of events of the proposed 7.9m limited edition: Orders must be placed by December 19, 2008. A refundable $1000.00 deposit is required to secure a hull number. The limited run will enter a more formal purchasing process upon receiving a minimum of 15 orders/deposits by the December 19 th dead line. The results of the order process will be communicated to the participants on December 22. The initial deposit will be immediately refunded if the minimum numbers is not met. A second deposit will be due by January 2 if the minimum number has been met. The results of the second deposit process will be communicated to the participants on January 5. The second deposit will be immediately refunded if the minimum number of seconded deposits has not been received. A formal boat order will be completed for all hull # s sold defining each boats specifications, hull # and estimated date of completion. The final deposit is due upon completion.
