United World Games. 1. The Achievers Programme is coordinating the Indian contingent in the United World Games 2015 under patronage of UNESCO in Klagenfurt Am Worthersee, Austria from 17 th to 24 th of June 2015. In this sports carnival, boys & girls between 11-18 years can participate in a gamut of events including Basketball, Football, Swimming, Hockey and Tennis. 2. More than 5000 players from more than 30 countries will participate in many sports discipline. Participation by Mayo College. 3. A contingent comprising 39 boys accompanied by 3 teacher escorts will represent India at the United World Games 2015 to be held in Klagenfurt Am Worthersee, Austria. 4. Tue 16 Jun 15 1100 H Depart from Mayo to New Delhi International Airport Wed 17 Jun 15 0415 H Departure from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi for Vienna, transfer to Hotel. After breakfast guided city tour in Vienna, overnight in hotel. Thu 18 Jun 15 Depart Vienna, arrive Games Village. Registration, take your participation pass and information kit. After registration friendly games against local clubs. Dinner, live music and folk dance lessons, overnight in hotel. Fri 19 Jun 15 Opening ceremony with lineup of nations and live acts; have chances to take part in the preliminary games. Sat 20 Jun 15 During the whole day you can take part in the preliminary games. Dinner at the players town for all athletes and gala dinner for parents and coaches. Students will enjoy a night full of music, dance and fun with your friends from all over the world.

Sun 21 Jun 15 Morning and early afternoon tournaments finals and award ceremonies. Afternoon farewell will be celebrated with BBQ dinner at the lake. Mon 22 Jun 15 After breakfast depart to Venice/Jesolo, lunch relaxing and swimming in the Adriatic sea, Dinner in Jesolo, overnight in hotel at Venice. Tue 23 Jun 15 After breakfast discover Venice with guided city tou. Sea rialto bridge, St. Mark s Square and many pigeons (excl. Entrance), lunch, continue sightseeing of Venice. Dinner, overnight hotel in Venice. Wed 24 Jun 15 1550 H Flight from Venice to Dubai, Catch return flight to India. All will follow the laid down code of conduct of Mayo College. They will be appropriately attired and be courteous to all with whom they interact. (b) Indemnity Bond. An indemnity bond and consent letter from parents to be submitted duly signed by 30 Apr 15. (c) Participation Charges. It is anticipated that the total cost of participation would be approximately ` 1,90,000/- per participant which includes return economy class air fare, accommodation, medical insurance, meals, visa fare, local transport as per itinerary.
