Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Personal Precautions: See Section 8 - Exposure Controls/Personal Protection Environmental Precautions: This product is toxic to estuarine and marine invertebrates. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate streams, sewers, or other waterways when disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate. Spill or Leak Procedures: Clean up spills immediately, observing precautions in Section 8. Absorb spill with absorbent material such as pet litter (small spill). Dike area to prevent contamination of local water sources (large spill). Sweep up and place in a chemical container. Seal the container and dispose of in accordance with all State and Federal regulations. After removal, flush contaminated area thoroughly with water containing a strong detergent. Use dry absorbent material to absorb and collect wash solution for proper disposal. Keep out of streams and domestic water supplies. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Store capsules in an upright position in a closed container. Store in a cool, dry place over 45 F with units in an upright position out of the reach of children. Keep out of direct sunlight when possible. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal of micro-injection capsules. Do not reuse micro-injection capsules. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, or using tobacco. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION Respiratory: Eye: Ventilation: In areas with inadequate ventilation, a NIOSH-approved chemical cartridge respirator with organic vapor cartridges and pesticide pre-cartridges or a self-contained apparatus may be required when working with this product. Wear protective eyewear (e.g., goggles or full-face shield) Use where adequate ventilation is available. Other Protective Devices and Procedures: Wear chemical resistant gloves, such as polyethylene or butyl rubber or neoprene rubber or viton. Shoes plus socks. Long-sleeved shirt and long pants.
