Midway ISD Panther Stadium FACILITY USE AGREEMENT Stadium Seating: 9,000 total seats Home Side seats 5,500, including 820 reserve chair back seats Visitor Side 3,500 bench seats available Wheelchair accessibility and viewing are available on both sides Playing Surface: REALGRASS Matrix artificial playing surface. Excellent drainage provides a great surface in all weather conditions. Scoreboard & Sound System: The field features a 40 x 61 Daktronics Scoreboard with a 14 x 25 SportStar Live LED Video Display Press Box: Spacious 6,000 square foot, 3 level press box with a large multi-purpose area for media & scouts as well as two VIP seating areas on Level 1 and space for home & visitor radio, home & visitor coaching staff and a film deck on Level 2. Stadium Rental Information: The rental fee is $3,500.00 plus 15% of the gross gate Optional Services: Video Board / Instant Replay Board $800.00 ($400.00 per team) YES / NO Player Name Plates $5.00 each YES / NO Food & Drink for VIP Seating $225.00 per team YES / NO Ambulance Services $350.00 YES / NO Midway ISD will Provide: 1. Ticket personnel, gate keepers, clock operators, PA announcer & spotter, Stadium Manager, field preparations, lights, security, clean-up crew & concessions. 2. Tickets for gate sales 3. Dressing rooms for each team ice & water provided 4. The payment of all game expenses and provision of a final sales report within 15 working days following the event. 5. No charge for parking 6. Twenty-five (25) sideline passes for each team 7. Press Box passes for (2) team filmers, (2) band director and filmer, (2) drill team sponsor and filmer, and (20) passes per team for VIP suites. NOTE: Coaches wearing coaching attire may get into the press box without a press box pass. 8. Trophy will be provided to the winner 9. All team personnel must be in proper attire to enter the press box area or stadium field area.

Competing Schools Will Provide: 1. Officials and Chain Crew (to be paid by MISD from gate monies prior to gate split) 2. Game Program & Program Sellers 3. Provide Midway ISD with a copy of pre-game tickets sold and ticket report 4. Provide Midway ISD with a copy of all passes to be honored and number of complimentary passes 5. Provide Midway ISD with a list of names for VIP suite 6. Sign and return Stadium Use Contract 7. Provide complete roster by Monday prior to game. MIDWAY I.S.D. STADIUM RULES & REGULATIONS Dressing Rooms Will be open 2½ hours prior to game time Midway ISD will not provide towels Midway ISD is not responsible for any articles left in the dressing room before, during, or after the game Ticket Gates Will be opened 1½ hours prior to game time There are no in and out privileges; re-entry requires the purchase of a new ticket Panther Stadium is a tobacco free facility and its use is prohibited Press Box Admittance to the press box is by pass only with the exception of coaches who are wearing proper coaching attire Press Box will open 1½ hours prior to game time Playing Field All team personnel that are not in game uniform must have a sideline pass. This includes coaches, trainers, student trainers, student managers and any other support staff.. All sideline passes will be given to the head coach or his designee upon arrival at the stadium. Cheerleaders that are in game uniforms do not need a pass, but any support staff not in uniform must have a pass No food or drink (except water) are allowed inside the playing area Use of tobacco/sunflower seeds/gum is prohibited Absolutely no glass bottles, cans or food on the field All equipment such as training tables, fans and heaters must have a protective base No live mascots No confetti. Victory bells, air horns or any mechanical noisemakers must have prior approval of opposing team. Devices must be on your own side and face your spectators. Band props must not mark or scar the field. This includes painted items as well as sharp wheels or any other equipment that may damage the artificial surface Only personnel with sideline passes can be on the field spectators are not allowed on the field before, during, or after the game No ice chests will be allowed in the stadium except for competing teams, bands and drill teams No paper banners or signs are allowed in the stadium unless previously approved by facility manager All run through signs must be vinyl/cloth with permanent paint that does not run when wet Stadium Bleachers Absolutely no climbing or jumping over rails from bleachers to field There is absolutely no crossover by spectators from home side of stadium to visitor side of stadium or vice versa Spirit signs must be made of vinyl/cloth with permanent paint that does not run when wet. Signs must be tied to stadium railing. Taping of signs to any stadium structure will not be permitted

No Loitering This policy is designed to enhance crowd control and safety. All spectators will need to be seated in the stadium during the course of any athletic event. Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are prohibited, by law, on school property. Glass Containers & Bottles are not allowed in the stadium. Individual Coolers, Ice Chests and Large Food or Beverage Containers are not allowed in the stadium. Back Packs & Large Bags are subject to search. No Outside Food or Drink allowed in stadium, including bottled water. Patrons Who Leave The Stadium will not be allowed to re-enter without paying. This includes patrons with passes. Animals, Bicycles, Skateboards, Frisbees, Rollerblades and Balls of all types will not be allowed in the stadium. Authorized Personnel Only will be admitted onto the field before, during, or after the game. No exceptions. Authorized Personnel Only will be allowed to cross over to the opposing side. Patrons Without Tickets must enter through the Pass Gate and show proper credentials.
