SUMMARY OF SERVICES AND POLICIES *** Smaller groups may be scheduled anytime based on availability. CONSECUTIVE STARTS PRACTICE RANGE Groups under 72 will start consecutively unless authorized differently by the Pro shop staff. To help with the cost of your event the use of our practice facilities is optional. Consecutive tee times will allow your group to tee off every 10 minutes. Specialized clinics are also available upon request. GOLF CARTS Consecutive starts are available any day of the week. Crimson Ridge has golf carts for every participant (up to 144 players) in your event. SHOTGUN STARTS To request a shotgun start, you must have a minimum of 72 golfers at original date of guarantee. Each cartwill be labeled with players names and starting hole/time. Shotguns are available on Mondays thru Fridays, more than 80 players may generally be scheduled Monday through Friday. Please call 705-254-4653 for weekend availability. TOURNAMENT GAMES Longest drive, closest to the pin, longest putt, mulligan purchase, closest to the string options to choose from, or anything else you may want to host, we can supply the markers and administer the events for you. If your contest requires hole monitors they are to be supplied by the event. A shotgun start allows all players to start at different holes all at the same time. Mini-shotguns are possible for 40 or more players and full shotguns may be arranged for 72 or more players. RENTAL CLUBS Depending on the number of golfers you have booked, some holes will have two groups starting as Group A & Group B. Unless you have confirmed 144 golfers, the entire golf course may not necessarily be used as a starting hole. If the event or tournament is not full Crimson Ridge has the option of inserting golfers on occupied holes. The Pro shop staff determines hole-starting assignments. Eight-somes are not permitted. Rental clubs are 30.00 per golfer. Limited quantities. Must be pre-booked. FOOD & BEVERAGE Choose from our many meal options or let our in house food and beverage coordinator prepare custom meal choices that fit your needs. On course hospitality is always offered with our beverage cart, also we will have service at the Crimson Cantina. DONATED PRIZES A master tab or personalized food and drink tickets can be arranged for your outing. All food and alcoholic beverages must be provided by Crimson Ridge. All giveaways or samples must be approved by Crimson Ridge prior to final confirmation. Crimson Ridge appreciates your patronage. We reserve the right to inspect golf bags, coolers, etc.. to ensure adherence and All such alcohol will be confiscated. *** TOURNAMENT COORDINATION Our professional staff will provide scoring, rules, course set-up, personalized cart signs, Scorecards with names, and assist you with all aspects of your outing. 7
