Where there are insufficient entries in any older age groups, it will be at the discretion of the Committee to combine and make a double age group. Please note that these Rules will be strictly adhered to throughout the event 1. Age to be taken as on the 1 st January, 2015. Proof of age to be furnished if requested by the Feis Organisers. 2. Entries accepted only from Teachers registered with An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha. 3. INTERMEDIATE (MEANGRÁD) dancers are those who have never won a first place in any of the required dancers in their present age group. 4. THE ADJUDICATORS DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND ADJUDICATORS MAY ONLY BE APPROACHED BY MEMBERS OF COMMITTEE. 5. Any form of unauthorised photography which has the capability to capture a dancer s image whilst in motion, using electronic or manual means, e.g. mobile phone, standard camera, video camcorder, cine recorder, commercial film, with or without flash enchancement, is expressly forbidden in competition. 6. Changing facilities will be provided and must be used. Changing in public view is strictly prohibited and the dress code in accordance with An Coimisiun ruling will be observed at all time. Dancers will not be allowed to walk around in Competition areas in swimwear, without footwear, or in their underwear and should be suitably dressed at all times. 7. Make-up (including false eyelashes and tanner on face) is not permitted on dancers in either solo or team competitions up to and including the Under 10 age group. This rule refers to the actual age group of the competition, not the actual age of the dancer. LEG TAN IS NOT PART OF THIS RULE. 8. In the interests of Health, hairspray or any other aerosols must not be used in any of of the dancing areas. 9. Dancers should be dressed and ready to dance at least 30 minutes prior to the Timetable and must all dance in numerical order. 10. The Committee will as far as it is practicable, provide stage surfaces suitable for Dancing. However, the Committee and the Hotel Cabo Cervera cannot accept ANY liability for injuries sustained whilst on stage. The lodgement of an entry will be deemed to be an acceptance of this provision by the dancer. 11. Parents and teachers are responsible for all children in their care whilst they are on the Championship Hotel site. The Hotel Management or Staff will not tolerate any abusive or bad behaviour and will not hesitate to ask the perpetrators to leave. 12. ALL CHAMPIONSHIP CUPS ARE PERPETUAL AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOLDER FOR THE RELEVANT YEAR. THE HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE AND FOR THE SAFE KEEPING OF THE TROPHY WHILST IN THEIR CUSTODY,THEY MUST ALSO UNDERTAKE TO ENSURE IT S SAFE RETURN PRIOR TO THE EVENT THE FOLLOWING YEAR. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TROPHY CONFERS UPON THE HOLDER THESE RESPONSIBILITIES. 13. As from January 1 st 2006, no block, en pointe, stationary or moving, will be to be allowed to be performed by any dancers up to and including the Under 12 age group. 14. Any objections must be made in writing to the Feis Secretary, signed by the objector and accompanied by a FEE of 10.00 sterling, which will be refunded if the objection is sustained. 15. The timetable maybe subject to change after all the entries have been received. 16. PLEASE NOTE: THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO WALK INTO
ANY AREA OF THE HOTEL WITHOUT FOOTWEAR (especially from the pool) THE CLEANERS ARE VERY STRICT ABOUT WET FEET AND NOT USING THE LITTER BINS PROVIDED. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PLEASE OBEY THESE RULES!
