Invited countries: Competition system: IJF and EJU member countries The events will be organized in accordance with the rules and sporting codes of the IJF / EJU, quarter final repechage system, on 3 mats. Seeding of the top 8 among the entered competitiors accourding to the World Ranking List. Duration of Contest 5minutes, Golden Score 3minutes. Referees: Maximum per country: Organizing country 4 Referees Participating countries 1 Referees Non participating countries 1 Referee Referees must be holding the IJF license, A or B. Judogis: Backnumbers The blue and white judogi are obligatory. JUDOGI new type is obligatory from World Championships Paris in August 2011, with "IJF Approved" logo. See the Official Suppliers on the www.ijf.org Sizes: Each athlete is responsible for his judogi to comply with the IJF Sokuteiki Rule. Each competitor taking part in the EJU events is obliged to have on the back of his Judogi the official 2011 EJU / IJF back number. The 2010 EJU / IJF back number will only be accepted until 31 st December 2011. The participating athlete / federation is responsible for ordering and sewing of the the back number, which must be the official EJU / IJF one. It should be ordered from www.mybacknumber.com. Production and delivery takes around 4 weeks. The SPONSOR part (if needed) will be given to the head of delegation during registration, and the athletes must stick it themselves using the special glue on the back number. In case the participating federation sends fewer athletes than registered in the numerical inscription, the federation will be charged the cost of the back number of all cancelled athletes. Entry Fee: According to the EJU requirements, each competitor at the EJU World Cup Tournament is obliged to pay the EJU fee of EUR 10 to the EJU. This amount must be paid by the National Federations for each their competitor. Each National Federation is responsible for its judokas and must assume all responsibility for accident and health insurance as well as the civil liabilities for their judokas and their officials, including the referees during the event.
Transportation: Special Rules Visas From the airport Minsk or railway station Minsk to the Hotel and from the hotel to the Competition hall by the organizer for all participants accommodated in the official hotels. Please, send Travel Details Form in due time. According to the qualifying system of the Olympic Games and the EJU decision the number of athletes from all EJU / IJF affiliated Countries: 4 competitors maximum per weight category You can arrange entry visas to Belarus either in the country of your residence (if there is a Consular Department of Belarus in your country), or at the international airport MINSK 2 (code MSQ) upon arrival. Please, send in due time the list of delegation members with their valid passport details (number, dates of issue and expiry), date of birth and intended period of stay (arrival/departure dates) to the tournament organizer. Please, specify where your delegation is planning to obtain visas in your country, or at the ART. Important information: The cost of Entry Visa to Belarus at Minsk Airport Consular Department for the countries having not the Consular Department of Belarus: Individual 90 EUR. For the countries who have Belarus Embassy- the cost of Entry Visa is 180 EUR. (Payment in USD and Euros).
