Entries: Full payment must accompany entries by Wednesday SEPTEMBER 6th. Entries received after the closing date will be accepted at a cost of $20.00 per entry until the show has reached its capacity for maximum entries. To help us run an efficient show with a posted time schedule, post entries for new horses will be accepted up to 4:00pm the day before your first class starts (this does not include adding classes for horses already entered). Mailed application with cheque or email entries with e-transfer are accepted. Class Conflicts: If you think your hack class will conflict with the posted order of go for a hunter class, arrangements can be made with the whipper in at the jump ring to accommodate. To ensure the day runs as scheduled, there will be no ring holds. Course changes are immediate upon division conclusion. Division Start Times: Over fences classes will be posted on Facebook and at the "In Gate" to ensure the day runs smoothly and on time. The order of Order of Go for each division will be posted at In Gate. Open Card System: For the benefit of both horses and riders, the Hunter and Jumper classes will be run using the "open card" system. This means that all same height classes are run consecutively and you can ride your over fences classes close together keeping your horse fresh and properly warmed up. The order of go will be posted on the white board at the "In Gate" so please check with the "Whipper in" prior to the start of your division to know when you ride. Your name and number of jumping rounds will be written on the white board and from this list you will be able to determine when you ride. You will ride in a rotation of approximately 5 riders and will be able to complete all your jumping rounds in a scheduled and timely manner. Start times for each class will also be posted to facebook and at the signup board in the morning. Please ask the "Whipper In" if there is any confusion about how the open card system works and she will be happy to help. Warm Up Arenas: Both the Middle Ring and the Indoor are available for warming up and hacking during the show. Stabling and Camping: Topline has a limited number of box stalls available for $35.00 per night. Contact Sonya to reserve. Outdoor paddocks are available at $25.00 per night or $15.00/day. Paddocks and stalls must be assigned and paid for in advance. They must be left clean of all manure, shavings and hay before leaving. Shavings are available on site. Stall guards are required for the paddocks. Dry Camping is available on site at no charge. Adding/Scratching Classes: No cost but must be done by 4:00 the day before. Concession: Shuswap Pony Club will be on site Saturday and Sunday with their concession Course Designer: Anthony Lothian The following policy is in place to ensure the maximum safety and enjoyment of the facilities by everyone. All coaches must have a Provincial Horse Council Membership in good standing and a current certification of insurance for Equine Association Coaches. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets. Personal and equine safety is of the utmost importance to us at Topline Stables. All concerns must be brought to the attention of Sonya or King Campbell. Prior to anyone riding or working with horses, a signed waiver must be provided to the office. It is mandatory that ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) approved helmets and riding boots with heels be worn by all riders at all times when mounted. Participants agree to follow all rules pertaining to "permitted" shows and activities. Park vehicles in the designated parking area only. Space is limited so park efficiently. ""Best of lluck to allll the competiitors,, thanks for your contiinued support,, enjjoy the show"" Sonya and King
