ANNOUNCEMENT SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS FOR FIM EUROPE MINI ROAD RACING EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP Rap Holland on behalf of KNMV will organise the FIM Europe Mini Road Racing European Championship at the TT Junior Track Assen. This event will be held on (date): Friday 14.08.2015 to Sunday 16.08.2015 and will count towards the European Championship EMN: 13/2. 2. JURISDICTION This event will be held in accordance with the FIM EUROPE Sporting Code, the FIM EUROPE Road Racing rules, the European Mini Road Racing Rules (RR06) and these Supplementary Regulations. 6. CATEGORIES AND CLASSES The following classes are part of the event: Mini Moto: Junior A Junior B Senior open 50 MiniGP: Honda NSF 100 Mini GP 50 Scooter GP 70 is not part of the event! 7. NUMBER OF RIDERS ALLOWED The maximum number of riders allowed will be as follows: Practice Race Mini Moto 24 24 Mini GP / Scooter 24 24 Pole position is left for all classes. 8. ENTRIES AND ENTRY FEE Applications for entry must be made by registering through http://www.rap-holland.nl/index.php/cost-andregistration?id=533 or by sending in the FIM Europe Entry Form. Applications must be approved by the rider's FMN and must reach the organiser before: 04.08.2015 Free practice on the TT Junior Track circuit is possible on Thursday 13 August. For this you will have to register for 4 days. The entry fee is 200,- per rider and per class for 4 days (13-16 August) by payment in advance; By registration for 3 days (14-16 August) the registration fee is 180,- when paid in advance; In case of payment at the circuit, the registration fee will be charged with 20,- extra; For payment in advance the online registration link must be used. Applications received after 04.08.2015 will be charged with 20,00 extra entry fee. The organiser will select the applications and advice riders within 72 hours after the closing date of entries whether their applications have been accepted or rejected (by publishing the entry list on www.rap-holland.nl). TRANSPONDER RENTAL The use of Mylaps TransX 260 transponders is obligatory for this event. Transponders can be hired during technical control for 25,00 with deposit of 150,00 and must be returned within 30 minutes after the last race. 10. TECHNICAL INSPECTION No rider or machine is permitted onto the track unless he/it has passed the technical inspections, scheduled on:: Thursday 13 August: 19:00 21:00 hrs Friday 14 August: 07:00 10:00 hrs The machine must meet the technical rule of RR 06 for all practising and races. During these inspections the helmet and clothing must be presented for inspection. A dymatic noice test will be conducted during the training session. page 2
11. RIDERS BRIEFING A compulsory briefing will be held on Friday 14 August at 10:15 hrs (after the first free practice). All riders must be present and minors must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or team manager. 12. PRACTISING Free practice on Thursday 13 August is possible, please check item 8 for entries and entry fees. For the practicing schedule of the EC event (14-15 August), please see attached time schedule. Additionally the Int. KNMV Racecamp will be held from Monday-Wednesday (10-12 August). 13. RACE SCHEDULE See enclosed schedule The last race will be awarded with double championship points. 14. OPENING CEREMONY The official opening ceremony with all riders will take place on Sunday 16 August at 11:20 hrs. Only the riders + one national delegate shall gather in the pit lane with a national flag in front of each (country) group. 15. PRIZES The Prize-giving ceremony will be held immediately after each race with the first three qualified riders at the podium. The final prize-giving ceremony for the European Championship will be held on Sunday 16 August at 16:25 hrs at the podium. 16. PROTESTS 17. FUEL All protests must be made in accordance with the requirements of the FIM EUROPE Disciplinary and Arbitration Code and be accompanied by a fee of: 130,-- (if in local currency amount, equivalent to 130,--). There will be no fuel supplied by the organiser in the paddock. Fuel is available at the TT GP paddock. 18. INSURANCE By endorsing the application form for entry, the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider (or passenger) is insured in accordance with the FIM EUROPE requirements and declares that the rider is able to compete in the respective class. In conformity with Art. 110.1 of the Sporting Code, third party insurance in respect of riders and passengers covering accidents occurring during the event including practices will be the responsibility of the organiser. This insurance includes a guarantee of 1.250.000,00. The organiser disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases. page 3
19. RENUNCIATION OF ANY RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES Apart from the requirements of the FIM EUROPE Sporting Code, riders and passengers by participating, renounce all rights of appeal against the organiser, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the FIM EUROPE Sporting Code for any damages for which they could be liable in consequence of all acts or omissions on the part of the organiser, his officials, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or arising out of their actions.
