VARIOUS : Opening of the stadium gates: 17:30 Kick-off time: 19:00 Tickets for visitors are only available through the club of Wisła Kraków. There will be no ticket sale for visiting team fans on match day. LOCAL AUTHORITIES RECOMMENDATIONS : It is strongly recommended to : not reach the stadium before 17:30 ; not walk around the stadium ; not stay in the pubs situated in the stadium vicinity. We suggest to Wisła Kraków supporters who plan to join Liège early in the day to go and enjoy the city center before to reach the stadium. Wisła Kraków fans coming with private cars: The parking D is reserved for the visiting team but as the parking has a limited capacity it will be primarily reserved for coaches. According the numbers of coaches, private cars could be allowed from 18:15 There s no specific area for the away fans private cars in the stadium vicinity. The cars owners have to park in the streets near the stadium or, better, should use public parking in the city center and then, join the stadium using regular bus lines 2, 3 or 27 as mentioned hereafter. Wisła Kraków fans traveling by coaches : The parking D is reserved for the visiting team supporters with a priority for the coaches. The opening hour of the parking is 17:30. If prior requested, the parking will be accessible only for empty coaches from 12:00. Until 17:30, no supporter will be allowed within the parking. If they come during the day, the supporters coaches can drop of the fans in the city center and then, join the stadium parking (from 12:00). The recommended dropping point is situated Boulevard de la Sauvenière in front of the Celtic Ireland pub. This point is located near le carré which is a pedestrian area with lot of pubs. Wisła Kraków fans have to get to the stadium using regular bus lines 2, 3 or 27.The bus stop is situated on the Boulevard de la Sauvenière If necessary, special shuttles will be implemented to join the stadium from the same bus stop and to go back to the city center, at the end of the game. 2
Wisła Kraków fans coming by rail : Bus line 2, 3 and 27 join the city center, the Guillemins station and the stadium. Access to the stadium is only permitted to ticket or a special authorization holder and those can be controlled at any time. All persons seeking entrance to the stadium acknowledge the Club s right to search any person entering the stadium and to refuse entry to or eject from the stadium any person refusing to submit to such a search. All exit of the stadium are definitive. The access title holder should respect the place which is indicated on it except if the police contingents indicate another one for security reason. A person who would give up her access title to a third would be jointly responsible with the title holder. The access to the stadium will be refused to the persons : * Under influence of exciting substance (drugs, alcohol); * Subject to a stadium ban; * Whose attitudes demonstrate that they could disrupt the game; * Asked by the stewards to leave the stadium during the control. The following articles must not be brought in the stadium: * cutting objects, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items * alcohol, narcotics or stimulants; * any forms of missiles, solids, liquid or gasified; * fireworks, smoke canisters, flares, or any pyrotechnic objects; * slogans or badges which can disrupt the law and/or the order. The objects enumerated here above will be seized and non-restored. At all times whilst present in the stadium, persons must comply with any and all instructions of any steward or officer of the Club and/or any police officer. Failure to comply with any instruction may lead to immediate ejection from the Ground. 9
Inside the stadium, it is forbidden: * To be on a not allowed place; * To climb any structure within the stadium; * To obstruct gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places is strictly forbidden * To throw any objects within the ground * To shout anything of an indecent or racialist nature. * To bring food or drinks in the seated areas. A person rejected from the stadium will not be paid back. The organizers and/or the police can decide : * To interrupt or to stop the game; * To keep the spectators temporarily in the stadium at the end of the game; * To proceed to the partial evacuation of the stadium. * CCTV cameras are in use around and in the Ground and the Club may itself use or pass to the police or any Football Authority, any recordings for use in any proceedings. It is forbidden to bring food and drink in the stands. Flags mounted on flexible stick of max 2 m are allowed. Loudhailers (megaphone) are allowed. Paper rolls and paper parings are forbidden. Belgian Football law summary The football law is an instrument at disposal of the Internal SPF to make respect a series of rules promulgated by the legislator. It came into effect in 1999 and gives to the Internal Ministry the possibility to pronounce administrative penalty (fine + banning order) towards the possible offenders, and this in the six months as from the blamed fact. The main malpractices are : 1. THROW or PLAN any object towards the ground or the stands; 2. THROW or PLAN, without justifiable motive, any object towards the good furnishes, building or towards persons being in or outside the perimeter; 10
3. PENETRATE or TRY TO PENETRATE ILLEGALLY INTO THE STADIUM when the spectator is the object of an administrative or judicial banning order, and to HELP VOLUNTARLY somebody to BY-PASS a banning order; 4. PENETRATE or TRY TO PENETRATE ILLEGALLY INTO THE STADIUM when the access is refused by a steward - in case of refusal of search or refusal to put down a forbidden object; 5. PENETRATE or TRY TO PENETRATE IN A ZONE RESTRICTED TO THE PUBLIC, the pitch (pitch invasion), walls, fences or the other means to separate the supporters. 6. INCITE TO THE VIOLENCE, INCITE HATRED AND FURY, the provocative gestures, songs, shouts... towards somebody being in or outside the perimeter; 7. INTRODUCE or TRY TO INTRODUCE or TO BE IN OWNERSHIP OF PYROTECHNIC OBJECTS IN THE STADIUM intended to produce lights, smoke or noise (smoke, firecrackers); 8. NOT COMPLYING WITH STEWARDS INSTRUCTIONS, the policemen, the first aid services and safety services. Penalty : an administrative banning order from three months to five years and a fine from 250 to 5.000 can be imposed, late-payment interest in case of non-payment is due. The minors of age of + 14 years can pay a fine. Before this age, only a banning order can be imposed. Foreigners may be forced to pay a fine immediately. The ban can be accompanied with an obligation to appear at the commissionership and\or of a ban to leave the territory. This law is not only applicable to the stadium encircled but to the whole Belgian territory from 24 hours before and till 24 hours after the game.
