Terms & Conditions... TIME Saturday October 26, 2013 following the Hereford and Angus sales beginning at 12:30pm. TERMS OF SALE - Are cash (cheques accepted) unless previous arrangements are made with owner. Owner has one protective bid. GUARENTEE We hereby guarantee that subject to proper treatment, care and exercise, all animals are warranted to be breeders. In the event of an animal proving to be a non-breeder, after receiving proper care and attention, we agree to supply the purchaser with an animal of approximately equal age, quality and breeding, or to refund 90% of the purchase price, providing the purchaser files a protect and proof in writing with us within six months of the date of sale, but we may if we desire, have the animal returned for a retrial for a period not to exceed six months. If the animal proves not to be a breeder then the purchaser receives the substitute or refund as stipulated above. ACCIDENTS Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the sale manager, auctioneer or Nova Scotia Shorthorn Association Breeders assume any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of property.
