The condition of contest will be based on the ALL FINALS system. Due to circumstances beyond one s control, different categories may race together. For organisational reasons only the first 200 entries will be accepted Each Club must specify the best time for each athlete on the distance of 1000 meters for Junior B-C and the best time on the 500 meters for Junior D-E-F. ENTRY FEE All competitors must be members of a Club recognized by their own National Association. An entry fee of 20,00 will be asked to each competitor. The fee will be due also for absent athletes, unless cancelled no later than 06:00PM on February 01 st 2018 A deposit of 50,00 will be requested for each Team for the helmet covers.
PRIZES - The Alberto Nicolodi Trophy will be assigned to the first ranked Nation or Club, according to the score table in the FISG rules for the season 2017/2018. All skaters will participate in the points assignment. - Medal to the three best skaters for each category - 1 classified: Crystal glass vase - 2 classified: Crystal glass vase - 3 classified: Crystal glass vase - Memento medal to all competitors The athletes are asked to participate in the prize giving ceremony with their team suits. The prizes will be assigned only to the competitors who will participate in the awarding ceremony. REFUND The organization covers the accommodation and full board for 4 skaters + 1 team-leader for any Non Italian Team, at arranged hotels, from Friday February 02 nd (dinner) to Sunday February 04 th (lunch). No refunds will be provided to the Italian representatives, who are responsible for their own board and lodging. LIABILITY The organizers assume no liability with respect to medical, bodily or personal injury or property loss or damage incurred or caused before, during and after the competition. All participants should be covered by their own medical and accident insurance.
MEDICAL FACILITIES Doctor and paramedical personnel will be present during warm-up and the competition. An ambulance will be available in very short time, in case of need.
