JEFF S HAIR! Hair Today Gone Tomorrow... Our very own Coach Jeff participated in a charity event to raise money for the St. Baldricks Foundation towards Children's Cancer Research. This event took place on March 17th at Claddagh Irish Pub, downtown in the southside works. Over 100 people shaved their head and the event raised over $75,000. Jeff himself raised $2,530 and ended up in 6th place! He also donated his 11 inches of hair to Locks of Love. Jeff stated, the positive atmosphere was an amazing feeling. To see everyone coming together, it was just a hair raising experience. What surprised me most of all was the generosity of those around me and it shocked me how much everyone donated in about a week. Would I do it again? YES!, without a doubt. Do I want my hair back? YES!, but it was worth giving up to be able to give back. Jeff wants to send a BIG thank to everyone for their generosity in donating to this important charity. BEFORE DURING Jeff and his sister. AFTER!!!!! Looking Good!!! [2]
