Lifelong Learning at Highland Community College Beginning this fall, Highland Community College is reinvigorating its Community Education program under the new name, Lifelong Learning. The goal of the new program is to offer both credit and non-credit courses throughout Highland s fourcounty district, delivering learning opportunities that range from personal and professional enrichment, to certification preparation, to youth activities. The vision of HCC s Lifelong Learning is to serve all populations including business professionals, community members, seniors, and the region s young people.
