10 CAF Event content The lessons learned from the Education sector, very strategic for the social and economic development of the European Union, can help in evaluating the added value of using the model for all public organisations. Understanding how the improvement actions and the implemented good practices lead to better performance results and to a stronger administrative capacity is crucial for promoting and spreading more and more effectively the CAF model in the public sector. The Event will offer the opportunity to talk and compare experiences in important result areas as social responsibility and performance evaluation systems. The Event will also provide an opportunity to reflect on the contribution of performance management, starting with the self-assessment, to the building of the administrative capacity of public organizations.
