INTRODUCTION IMPRESSION is a powerful 30m sailing yacht, built by Jongert and launched in 1995. The naval architecture is by Jongert design team and interior design is by Peter Sijm. With her voluminous steel hull, the easy to handle ketch rigging and the large deck, IMPRESSION is the perfect combination of space, comfort and sailing performance. Her excellent finish and high level of equipment make her a preferred choice to those yachtsmen who appreciate these values. On deck she features a raised helm and seating area around the table aft of the mizzen mast. The spacious deckhouse, one of the most popular areas on board with a great view out of the large windows is just a few steps away from the outside raised helm position and incorporates a dining table to port and the inside helm position with a separate navigation table to starboard. The deckhouse communicates directly with the large main salon, incorporating an extendable dining table to starboard and a sociable bar to port. The guest accommodation, situated in the aft part of the yacht, is reached via a stairway from the deck salon. IMPRESSION features a superb full-width owner s suite, plus two half-beam guest cabins. Forward of the centre salon is the vast galley and crew quarters with entrance to the spacious and well-designed full width engine room.
