We will have some limited bottled water on-site. All parade entries are by # (see attached lineup and Town Square staging map). This is the number you will be referred by throughout the staging and parade event. Each parade entry will be assigned an Event Staff Volunteer. These volunteers will be overseeing your staging, communications and assist you before, during and after the parade. Event Staff Volunteers are there to assist you, but each faculty/adult sponsor is ultimately responsible for your own students, including accounting for them before, during and after the parade.

Once you have arrived at the staging area, go to the chalked area with the corresponding # and wait to check in with your assigned Event Staff Volunteer. 1. Once you are in the chalked off area corresponding to your parade entry #, check in with your Event Staff Volunteer. 2. Turn all adult/student waivers for your group over to the Event Staff Volunteer. 3. Listen for special instructions over the bullhorn! The parade ends behind Corner Bakery. Disembark from your floats/vehicles. There will be Event Staff Volunteers there to assist you as you move your students up to the pep rally area near the steps of Town Square. Be watchful and cautious about traffic and pedestrians. Once we have unloaded for the parade, you are free to go home or to the pep rally! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR PARTICIPATING. Don t hesitate to let us know if you have questions.
