EVENT SITE The official event site is at the Parc au fil de l'eau/mont-tremblant City Hall, located at 1145 rue Saint-Jovite. RACE KIT All participants registered in the 1 km, 5 km, 10 km or 21,1 km will receive a race kit once they check-in at the registration office located at the event site. No new registrations will be accepted on site, registration closes at noon on Friday, August 9th. Parking available: Curé-Mercure High School 9 : 20 am 12 : 15 pm TRANSPORTATION TO THE START AREAS A shuttle service will bring participants to the start areas of both the 21.1km and the 10km. The shuttle is strictly reserved for participants registered in the 21.1km and the 10km. Please note that space is limited in the shuttle. Please do not wait for the last departure, you are responsible for getting to your start. Do not forget to check-in at registration and pick up your race kit and bib before heading to the start area. TRANSPORTATION TO THE START OF THE 10KM Shuttle service towards Hotel Château Beauvallon Leaving the event site between 7am and 8am (Last departure at 8am, no exceptions; travel time 15 mins) *Spectators and participants in the 10km : There is no parking available directly at the start area; drop off only. There are a few spaces available, 500m from the start, on Rue Borealis and Rue Ernie McCulloch. TRANSPORTATION TO THE START OF THE 21.1KM Option 1 : Parking P3 at the Tremblant Resort From 7am to 8 :45am a shuttle service will be available to bring you from P3 to the start of the 21.1km. To return to your vehicle after the race, a shuttle service will be available from 11 :30am to 1 :30pm from the event site to P3. Option 2 : Shuttle service towards the Mont-Tremblant Casino Leaving the event site between 7am and 8am (Last departure at 8am, no exceptions; travel time 25 mins) 4
PARKING AND SHUTTLE SERVICE MAIN PARKING AREA IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE EVENT SITE Curé-Mercure High School Sunday, August 11th only Located at 700 boulevard Docteur-Gervais Mont-Tremblant, QC J8E 2T3. A shuttle service will be available between 6 :30am and 1 :30pm to bring you to and from the event site. PARKING AT THE START OF THE 21,1KM Parking P3 at the Tremblant Resort Sunday, August 11th only A shuttle service will be available from 7am to 8 :45am between P3 and the start of the 21.1km (travel time 2 mins). To return to your vehicle after the race, a shuttle service will be available from 11 :30am to 1 :30pm from the event site to P3. BAGGAGE CHECK AND TRANSPORTATION OF PERSONAL ITEMS A baggage check service is available to participants at the event site. You can leave your personal belongings (small quantity) in a bag provided by the organization. The participants can claim their bag by presenting their bib at the baggage check tent located at the event site. Please note that there are no showers or lockers where you can store your valuables. Participants in the 10km and 21.1km : Participants who would like to use the transportation service must leave their bag in the designated area at the start of the 10km and the 21.1km before 8 :45am. These bags will be transported to the baggage check tent at the event site (finish area). Participants in the 5km : Participants in the 5km who would like to use this service must leave their bag at the baggage check tent located at the event site. 5
WATER STATIONS The water stations will serve water as well as the energy drink X1; vaseline and mini first aid kits, with ointment and bandaids, will also be available. In the 21.1km, at km 11.6 (station #3) X4 gels will be available. ACTIVITIES, LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND MEDAL CEREMONY Saturday, August 10th 10am to 5pm: -Conference : Ambassadors Martin Desbiens (athle te) and Robert Roy (kinesiologist and running specialist) will present some trick to prepare for a race at 3pm at the event site. -Event Exhibit: come discover a variety of products and services. Over 30 exhibitors will be on site; visit the event website to see the list of exhibitors. -Animation and inflatable games for kids. Sunday, August 11th: -Live music presented by the Mont-Tremblant Casino: featuring Uswing on the main stage at the event site. -Event Exhibit: come discover a variety of products and services. Over 30 exhibitors will be on site; visit the event website to see the list of exhibitors. -Live entertainment and inflatable games for kids, participant lunch. -Medal ceremony : Participation medals for all the kids registered in the 1km kids run, distributed at the finish line. Medals for the male and female winners by age category, available for pick up at the information kiosque once the results are in. Medals for the overall male and female winners in each distance presented during the closing ceremony. Medals for the winners in the Corporate Challenge category in each distance presented during the closing ceremony. Medals for the winners in the Parent-Child category in each distance presented during the closing ceremony. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Participants Participant lunch : all participants registered in the 1km, 5km, 10km and 21.km are invited to the participant lunch for free between 10 :30am and 1 :00pm at the event site, directly in the City Hall building. A Boréale beer will be served to all participants over the age of 18. Spectators ($) Depending on availability, participant lunch tickets will be available for purchase for spectators at the product sales tent/fundraising for Sport tent. Food and beverage kiosks will also be available at the event site ($). 7
TRAFFIC MODIFICATIONS To help you plan your travels between 8 :30am and 1 :00pm on August 11th, here are the modifications that will be made to traffic circulation in the area: RUE DE ST-JOVITE : - Rue St-Jovite will be closed between rue Mercure and rue Léonard. - All services, including restaurants, boutiques, shops and grocery stores will be accessible. - We do ask that drivers and pedestrians on Rue St-Jovite be cautious since all participants will pass through a running corridor located in the parking spaces on both sides of the street, with the exception of one section between rue Mercure and rue Léonard. - Estimated duration: 8 :45am to 1 :00pm MONTÉE RYAN : - Montée Ryan will be open in one direction between the roundabout at the Montée Ryan Tourist Office and the roundabout at Lac Tremblant. - The traffic in the Montée Ryan section will be open heading North, in other words from the Montée Ryan Tourist Office roundabout towards the Lac Tremblant roundabout. - Estimated duration: 8 :45am to 1 :00pm RUE LABELLE : - Rue Labelle will be open in one direction between Rue St-Jovite and the Montée Ryan Tourist Office roundabout - The traffic on rue Labelle will be open heading North, in other words from Rue St-Jovite towards the Montée Ryan Tourist Office roundabout - Estimated duration: 8 :30am to 12 :15pm **Once participants arrive at Rang 8, Rue Labelle will be partially reopened for traffic circulation in both directions and this will be done as soon as participants advance on the course. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The modifications to public transportation in the area is available on the Ville de Mont-Tremblant website at www.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca. 8

BABYSITTING SERVICE A babysitting service is offered to participants at the event site. This service is managed by the Mont-Tremblant Day Camp. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS Lost and found items will be brought to the reception desk at the Center for cultural and recreation located in the Mont- Tremblant City Hall building.
