Coverage commences on Granite Pointe Golf Course s opening day and terminates August 15. Granite Pointe Golf Course will credit (1)*/refund (2)** the membership fees as per the schedule below towards the following year s membership, in the event of: 1. *Injuries, sickness or death of an insured preventing participation in the game of golf for the remainder of the season in which the insurance was purchased. Documentation will be required as proof of inability to participate. 2. **An insured s transfer by his or her employer that necessitates a change of residence outside of a 75 km radius of the Granite Ponte Golf Course. The owner/operator of a golf cart who is utilizing the cart trackage/storage facilities must be a member in good standing of Granite Pointe Golf Club (hereinafter referred to as the Club ). 2. Trackage/storage fees will be determined by the Club on an annual basis. All refunds will be given under the same conditions as membership refunds. 3. The Board of Directors may waive the requirement that a cart owner be a member in good standing for a period of one (1) year provided that the owner has approval by the management committee. 4. The owner/operator of the cart is responsible for the following: a) Trackage/storage fees must be paid prior to use in each calendar year or at the time of registration but no later than April 30. b) The cart must be in good working condition. The Club shall have the right at any time to disallow use of any private cart if it is deemed detrimental to the course or the environment. c) The Club does not insure private carts while at the golf course or in the storage building. Proof of $1 million liability insurance MUST accompany the annual storage fee paid to the Club. d) Owner/operators of carts will be responsible for damage to the golf course property or other property, equipment or individuals from any cause whatsoever involving their carts. e) The sheds must be kept locked before, during and after a round of golf. Storing golf clubs and other valuables in cart sheds is not recommended. The Club does not insure your equipment or belongings while at the golf course or in the storage building. f) Cart owner/operators are required to follow the same daily regulations set out for the fleet rental carts. 5. A maximum of two (2) owners may sign the trackage/storage agreement, thereby allowing for joint ownership. 6. Cart owners must not rent or lend their cart to anyone except the Club. The Professional or the Club may make private arrangements with the members of the Club for use of their carts. The only exception of lending a cart to another cart owner will be when a cart is being repaired. A cart owner may borrow another private cart to a maximum of two weeks. The daily rental fee will be applied to any private cart on the course without a registered owner in it save and except the exception noted in Number 7 below. 7. One of the owners must at all times be in the cart while it is being operated except as follows: a) The Registered Owner of the cart will be issued four (4) passes per year for others to operate the cart. These passes will be turned into the Pro Shop at the time of use. 8. Cart owners using club carts will pay the daily rental fee. 9. Special circumstances may arise when all club carts have been rented. At such times, if the cart owner is agreeable, special arrangements may be made with only the Pro Shop and the cart owner to rent the cart. The appropriate form must be completed and signed. 10. To relieve congestion at the Clubhouse, power carts should be returned to the storage shed as soon as possible. 11. Minor alterations may be made to the storage shed without the approval of the Club s Executive. Minor alterations include shelves, coats hooks, etc. Shed alteration proposals must be submitted to the Administration Office for Executive approval. 12. When the current renter relinquishes the cart storage space, that space will be reallocated by the Club. This reallocation will be done according to the Club s waiting list. The rental space does not transfer with the sale of the cart unless approved by the Administration Office or Board of Directors. 13. The owner/operator acknowledges that there are certain risks of physical injury and damage to personal property by operation of the power carts, and the owner/operator agrees to assume all risk of any injury to person or property, including death, or for loss of time or other loss or damage which the Club or any other person may sustain as a result of any activity connected with the owner/operator s operation of a power cart pursuant to this Agreement. Further, the owner/operator agrees to waive and relinquish all claims of injury to person(s), property, including death, or for loss of time or other loss or damage, the owner/operator may have against the Club or golf cart owner/operator, their officers, agents, and employees, holding them harmless and indemnifying them from all such damages that may arise as a result of operating the power cart indicated on the reverse side of this form. 14. Gasoline or oil may NOT be stored in the cart storage facilities. Refueling will take place outside the sheds. 15. Advertising may appear on only the Granite Pointe rental fleet carts unless otherwise approved by the Board.

2017 GRANITE POINTE GOLF CLUB RULES/REGULATIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION The following rules and regulations are to maintain decorum and to remind all golfers that golf is an honorable sport and should be played as such. All golfers are expected to understand and adhere to the rules and regulations as listed below. This will assist us in providing the best golf experience while enjoying the course. Please refer to the Golf Professional staff for clarification if needed. The GRANITE POINTE Golf Club Team is empowered to enforce the Club s Rules and Regulations. All golfers are required to respect this authority. 1. Hours of Operation a. During the golf season the course is open from dawn to dusk each day. The golf shop (in conjunction with the Superintendent) has full authority as to when the golf course is open and closed for play b. The Golf Shop and Clubhouse will open 45 minutes before the first tee time. c. The Driving Range will be open 45 minutes prior to the first tee time, with the exception of days where the range is being mowed, there may be possible delays in the opening of the range d. The golf course closes at dark. It is mandatory to have all power carts returned to the pro shop when instructed by the Pro Shop Staff. It may be necessary to remove power carts from the golf course due to darkness. 2. Registration, Starting and Group Size a. All players must register in the Golf Shop before beginning play and must pay applicable fees. Please check into the golf shop 15 minutes prior to your tee time b. The GRANITE POINTE Golf Club staff has the authority to control starting in any manner that will expedite orderly and enjoyable golf. c. Starting point for all play is on number one tee, unless permission from the Golf Shop or starter to commence elsewhere is granted. d. Continuing groups have priority of play e. Unless special permission is granted by the Golf Shop staff, the maximum number of players in a group is 4. f. The Golf Shop staff has the right to combine twosomes, threesomes and singles in order to maximize tee times g. Depending upon how busy the golf course is, a single golfer, twosome, or threesome wish to not have golfers added to their tee time, may be asked to book for and pay full cost for a foursome regardless of how many golfers actually play in the group h. Each golfer must play with a bag and a set of clubs. Bags & Clubs are available for rent in the pro shop for those people who do not have their own. 14

3. The Practice facility (Driving Range, Putting Green) a. Hit from designated areas only b. Range balls are not to be picked up or removed from the driving range. Any golfer having range balls in their possession and/or playing golf with range balls may be removed from the course. c. The driving range will be closed periodically to allow our staff to do a clean pick 4. Power Carts a. Golf carts are sold by the seat, each rider must pay the appropriate fee b. Golf carts are not to be used by more than two passengers c. Only two golf bags are to be permitted on a golf cart at any time d. You must have a valid driver s license to operate the cart e. A cart waiver must be signed before playing the round of golf. All damages to the cart must be covered by person or persons operating the cart f. Carts to be left at the staging area after use and no carts are permitted in the parking lot after golf. g. All golf cart riders must pay the normal rental fee whether golfing of not. h. Golf carts are to be shared. We do not allow 3 carts per foursome - Club carts only. i. Users of power carts must follow paths and adhere to the directional signs and cart rules of the day j. The Golf Professional/General Manager, and/or the Grounds Superintendent are authorized to determine when the golf course is unfit for golf play, or use of golf carts due to weather conditions or course maintenance programs k. Power carts are not to be driven within 30 yards of the greens, aprons, and shoulders unless they are on the cart path l. Carts shall not be driven within 5 yards of tee boxes and sand traps except where the paths are within that distance m. Any person abusing the power cart rules will have their privileges suspended, and possibly revoked immediately n. Anyone requiring a special assistance blue flag must register at the pro shop prior to the round. The blue flag does not allow the cart to be drive in a destructive manner, on or near tee boxes or greens 5. Pull Carts a. Pull carts are not to be taken onto Tee Boxes and Greens. Pull carts are not to be left t on the course 6. Dress Code a. Proper golf attire must be worn on the course, driving range, and practice areas at all times b. Acceptable foot-wear includes soft spiked golf shoes or rubber soled sport shoes c. The person booking the tee time/times must remind other golfers in their group that a dress code is in effect and to dress appropriately 7. Rain Check Policy a. Rain checks for golfers will be issued based on the number of holes you have completed b. Course management, at their discretion, will determine if conditions warrant a rain-check c. Rain checks for discounted round rates will be pro-rated 15

8. Children a. For safety reasons, children 8 years of age or under are not to be out on the property without a parent, or other responsible adult present b. No strollers or small children are permitted on the golf course 9. Illegal drugs a. Illegal drugs are not allowed on golf course property. The proper authorities will be notified of any illegal activity 10. Alcohol a. Alcohol NOT purchased through the golf course liquor license is prohibited by law from being brought onto the golf course property, illegal alcohol will be confiscated and disposed by the golf course staff b. The F&B coordinator will instruct each of the Clubs employees who serve alcoholic beverages, to refuse to serve them to any person who appears to have consumed alcohol to the point of creating a potential inconvenience or danger to him/herself, or others c. Any golfer who feels that they are offended by a refusal by an employee of the GRANITE POINTE Golf Club, is asked NOT to take issue with the employee, but to place his/her grievance in writing, through the office of the Food and Beverage Coordinator, or the General Manager/Head Professional d. Any altercations or disturbances will be recorded and suspension of future booking privileges will be considered by management. e. Alcohol is not a valid excuse for breaking any of the other rules or regulations 11. Smoking a. Smoking is not permitted in the Clubhouse or Golf Shop 12. Tee Times a. Tee times may be reserved in advanced by calling the Golf Shop or booking online at WWW.GRANITEPOINTE.CA Beginning in May 2017 b. Public may book 5 days in advance c. Cancellations and reduction in numbers must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time. 13. Rules of Golf a. RCGA rules govern all play except where modified by local rules that are posted on the scorecard or website b. All golfers are expected to become familiar with the local rules as well as the regular rules as stated in the Rules of Golf. 14. Lost and Found a. Lost and found items will be stored in the golf shop b. Found items must be turned into the golf shop c. To claim a lost item it must be clearly described by the claimant in order for the item to be released 16

15. Etiquette a. It is the responsibility of all golfers to know the rules and etiquette of golf and exhibit good sportsmanship at all times. b. Instances of any breach of rules and or etiquette should be reported to the on course Marshall, or the golf professional. c. Golfers exhibiting such disrespectable behavior shall be subject to suspension or loss of booking privileges d. Players are reminded to take great care to repair all ball marks on greens, rake bunkers, and replace divots. e. Golfers showing disrespect to fellow players through gross violation of etiquette can be removed from the course. 16. Pace of Play a. Golfers are expected to maintain pace of play. Groups failing to maintain the pace of play will be moved forward by our course assistants. b. Slow play will not be tolerated. Players should play without delay, and follow right behind the group ahead at all times. To help overcome slow play, golfers are asked to consider the following point. i. Prepare for your shot as you approach your ball or the tee and always be ready to play when it is your turn ii. Practice continuous putting iii. When you have completed a hole, pick up your ball and proceed to the next tee as quickly as possible c. Time par for The GRANITE POINTE Golf Club is i. Open 9am (4 hours or less) ii. 9am 2pm(between 4hrs and 4hrs 15 minutes) iii. 2pm or later (4hrs 15 minutes) d. The problem of slow play will be monitored throughout the season and action will be taken as considered necessary. The course assistant has guidelines to govern the pace of play and will take reasonable actions to correct any problems including, asking the group to pick up their pace of play until they get to the proper distance behind the group ahead of them. 17. Employee Relations a. All GRANITE POINTE Golf Club employees will be treated with respect and courtesy. Golfers may not abuse any employee verbally or otherwise b. The GRANITE POINTE Golf Club will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no employee is subjected to sexual harassment, or any other verbal abuse. Any golfer who is found to be mistreating a Golf Club employee may be asked to leave the premises and future booking privileges may be suspended c. All players must observe the directions of the professional staff, starters, and or course ambassadors 18. Parking a. Vehicles may proceed to the front entrance to unload passengers and clubs at the bag drop and then must proceed to the designated parking area. 17

19. Golf Shop a. A fully stocked golf shop to serve your golfing needs with competitive prices is provided. b. Experienced International PGA Golf Professional to answer your everyday questions about golf equipment, rules, instruction, and news is available. c. Golf lessons can be booked in the golf shop. A variety of lesson programs to help you improve your game can be booked in the Golf Shop. d. Demo clubs are available so that you may try equipment before you buy it e. Club fittings on request to ensure your equipment is proper for you can be booked with the Golf Pro. f. Equipment repairs are available through the golf shop. Re-gripping services and minor repairs are available 20. Food and Beverage a. The GRANITE POINTE Golf Club is committed to providing quality food and beverage choices at reasonable price. For this reason consumption of drinks and food items not purchased from the club is not acceptable. b. Alcoholic Beverages are not to be brought to the Golf Club, on the Golf Course or into the Clubhouse. c. Any alcohol not purchased from the GRANITE POINTE Golf Club will be confiscated and the golfers may be asked to leave the premises 21. Suggestions and Feedback a. Suggestions or feedback is encouraged and should be in writing to the Food and Beverage coordinator, or the General Manager 22. Rates and Prices a. Golf rates may be adjusted to ensure value within the area is maintained. b. Golf Shop prices will be competitive with large golf retail outlets. c. Food and Beverage prices will be monitored to be competitive with other golf courses 23. Social Media a. Granite Pointe s website is WWW.GRANITEPOINTE.CA. You can book tee times on the website starting May 2017 b. All golfers are encouraged to stay informed by using the website c. The Club has a Facebook page d. Lessons a. A variety of lesson packages for all ages and abilities are offered by the Golf Professional. b. Full swing lessons, short game lessons, video swing analysis, coaching programs, Junior lessons, Kids camps, and Playing lessons are offered by the Golf Professional. c. 25. Corporate Tournaments a. The GRANITE POINTE Golf Club hosts a limited number of corporate tournaments throughout the season for financial benefits. These corporate tournaments will sometimes interfere with tee time availability however we will try to book them at non-prime times 26. Men s Night (THURSDAY) a. Men s night will take place on THURSDAY"S. There will be a variety of games and formats b. Open to the public 27. Ladies Day / Senior s Morning a. Ladies Day/Night run on Tuesdays b. Seniors take place on Wednesday mornings c. Sign up is open to the public 28. Changes to the Rules and Regulations a. Management may, from Time to Time amend the member rules and regulations Liability Waiver a. All golfers assume all risks of accident or damage to person or property during such time that they are playing at GRANITE POINTE Golf Club. b. Golfers must take all reasonable precautions to play safely, and are fully responsible for personal injury and/or property damage caused by their golf shots c. Any member or guest who willfully, or through negligence, damages golf course property or neighboring property will incur costs of repairs or replacement and is subject to termination of future booking privileges d.
