All the information needed for your winners is included in this packet. As those of you know, this information is a great help to cut down on the incoming phone calls on the night before the players are to be at the site. At this tournament, all players will abide by the curfews and other rules set up by the tournament persons or they will be sent home accompanied by the Senior League Official in attendance for their respective league. We, District 10 Little League Baseball, are very proud of our record the past THIRTY-SEVEN years and we will not jeopardize this for any player, coach, manager or any League Official. We will be playing baseball in accordance with the ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. No one will harass any of the players because they are only children, and it s our job to protect them. Please be aware that the Shower s Field Complex is Tobacco Free, as well Sunflower Seeds and Chewing Gum are not permitted due to the Artificial Turf. Check-in times for Sections 1, 3 and 4 are at Showers Field between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-in times for Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8 are between 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All team check in will be at Showers Field. During check-in times, you will receive a brief rundown on the Tournament by the director, Randy Schmidt. Equipment will be checked at this time. Make sure your packet is with you and up to date it will be handed in and checked also. A MANDATORY MEETING WITH ALL TEAMS AND COACHES WILL BE AT AN AREA TO BE DESIGNATED. Game #1 will start at 2:00 PM on the Main Field with 10 minutes of infield for each team, starting at 1:30 PM 2. Game #2 will start at 5:00 PM on the Main Field with 10 minutes of infield for each team, starting at 4:30 PM 3. Game #3 will start at 8:00 PM on the Main Field with 10 minutes of infield for each team starting at 7:30 PM 4. All throwing warm ups practice will take place on the Jr./Sr. field at the City Park. Batting cages will be available at the following times for hour and half durations: 2:00 Games: one team in the Sr. Cage and one in the Senior League Field at 11:30 AM 5:00 Games: one team in the Sr. Cage and one in the Senior League Field at 2:30 PM 8:00 Games: one team in the Sr. Cage and one in the Senior League Field at 5:30 PM 6. Dinners will be served at the Left Field Multi-Purpose Building for all players from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday through Sunday. 7. The Hospitality Room will be at the Club House upstairs. ADULTS ONLY AFTER THE GAMES ON WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY. 8. The Pennsylvania Champion will be determined by the winner of the winner's bracket. ** The DuBois Little League and the Pennsylvania District Ten takes great pride in the fact that this is District Ten s 37th consecutive year for hosting this great tournament. With the help of all the teams involved, there is no reason why this year s tournament can t be the best. We are always open to suggestions from other districts and leagues.
