GENERAL CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION Thursday 19th November PRACTICE Teams might have the opportunity to practice following the schedule decided by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC). Extra time may be available. Friday 20th November OFFICIAL REHEARSAL & PRACTICE When making your travel arrangements, please note that official rehearsal for all categories and divisions may be held on Friday 20th November instead of the competition days. This is due to an expected increase in the number of entries for the CWC 2015. The actual schedule for official rehearsal will be determined after the number of entries is confirmed. Please also be aware that there may be no official rehearsal time on Sunday 22nd. In addition to the above, teams have the right to practice following the schedule decided by the LOC. Extra time may be available. CWC 2015 ANTI-DOPING In-competition Anti-Doping tests will be conducted at the 8th Cheerleading World Championships 2015. The IFC Anti-Doping Rules and IFC Anti-Doping Procedures have been compiled in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and will be enforced. For more information please refer to the IFC Anti-Doping Rules 2015. Should the deposit payment not receive on time, hotels are eligible to resign the contract. All extras will be paid on site by the guest. Not utilized reserved rooms which cannot charter otherwise will be invoice to the guest deducting 10% saved expenditures, if no proof is given that the actual disadvantages is lower than this fixed rate. All rates are package prices and cannot be booked separately. All rooms include a 5% city tax. If the federation/ club stamps a form provided by each hotel confirming that athletes/ coaches/ staff members are travelling in an official mission and not for leisure that city tax is waived. The official hotels are not mandatory. Teams/ federations may decide to book other hotels but LOC cannot guarantee full hospitality support at other hotels. VIP ACCOMMODATION The LOC has secured a room block at the Berlin Marriott hotel for VIP guests. Transportation between the VIP Hotel and the competition venue will be provided. TRANSPORTATION Bus Transfer The hotel accommodation does not include transportation, but the LOC is offering various travel options. Please note that all transportation will be on the cost of the participants. Your delegation is responsible to order your own bus transfers between the airport and your hotel and also between your hotel and the competition venue (Max-Schmeling-Halle). MERCHANDISE Official CWC merchandise will be available for purchase on site and on pre-order. The LOC will offer the official CWC event shirts exclusively to all athletes and delegation members for pre-order by mid of October. ACCREDITIONS Athletes/ Coaches/ Staff: All official delegation members will register with IFC Headquarters in Tokyo using the IFC entry registration forms. IFC Headquarters will forward the registered participants to the LOC. LOC will issue accreditation cards which will be given to the CDM of each national federations for further distribution. Cards will be available from each team guide or from the Central Accreditation Office at the competition venue (Opening hours: TBC). Press & Media: Accreditation forms will be available on www.berlin2015.org. Please note that the admission policy for journalists is restrictive. There will be no accreditations available for photographers besides the official assigned event photographer. Event pictures for free public use will be provided by the LOC on www.berlin2015.org. There will be a section before the judges platform for ONE team photographer which is allowed to make pictures of his/ her own team. Team photographer must be registered as staff member and will receive athletes accreditation. VIP Guests The delegation head of each participating IFC member federation as well the highest federation representatives of each IFC member federation will receive invitation of complimentary access to the VIP area. Registration details will be provided mid of October. Additional VIP passes besides the delegation head might be purchased for a fee subject to availability. IFC Technical Staff/ CWC Judges/ IFC Executives Accreditations will be provided upon arrival in the briefings/ technical meeting. Registration will take place automatically together with the assignments. 16
