The width is 62 instead of 5 feet to allot for the construction of the center deck shown on the Xtreme Skater website. The Fun Box is built in 3 separate pieces, so that is why I ve shown the deck or platform in 3 parts: 6, 36 and 6 for a total platform of 48 inches.)

(This is one fifth of the width which leaves a 48 inch wide transition ramp.) The rail extends about 16 inches passed the last post at the top. The pipes are probably 2 to 3 in diameter and are about 12 long. (These dimensions need to be checked with a skate board pipe supplier.) The pipes are place with one at the bottom of the ramp and one at the edge of the platform. The rest of the pipes should be mounted evenly spaced.

From there, make your endpoints to start drawing your transition ramps using 5.25 inches high and 5.25 inches long allowing first for a 1/2 inch base.(make a mark to extend the bottom and extra 9 inches passed your 5.25 mark. This is part of your flat bottom area.) Use the directions from Transition Ramps and the Amazing Circle. Make your first side and then trace the other 3. Cut 24 sections of foam board, 1/2 by 18 long, to make your ramp. Make cuts or notches in the sides to place the sections in. Make them the same for both sides and evenly spaced. Insert sections and secure with glue or glue gun. Using card stock, cut pieces to fit your platforms; add a round piece of metal or plastic to the edge for your coping, and finish off your half pipe with another piece of card stock to include your flat bottom area.
