FURTHER INFORMATION Below we have compiled a couple of things you should know about tourist rides at the Nürburgring. d You don`t need to register or to reserve a slot in advance. Tourist ride tickets cannot be booked for specific dates. Instead, the tickets can be used on a day of your choice during the period of validity and during the opening hours for tourist rides. Please check the current opening hours on www.nuerburgring.de. d Lap tickets are generally not personalised. They are valid per car. The season ticket, however, is personalised and may not be transferred. d You don t have to use all of the laps on your lap ticket on one day. They are valid beyond the 31 December of the year of purchase. This does not apply to season tickets they lose their validity on 31 December of the respective year. d Tourist drivers must be 18 years or older. You can of course experience the Nordschleife as a passenger under 18 years. d Motorcycles and cars can use the race tracks simultaneously during tourist ride sessions. d You are allowed to take along as many passengers on tourist rides as there are safety belts in your car. Commercial taxi rides are not allowed. d There is no requirement to wear a helmet in cars. Motorcyclists must wear full protective clothing including helmet. d The last cars will be admitted to the Nordschleife 15 min before the scheduled closing time! d The Nordschleife can be accessed through two entrances: the main access road (via Meuspath / Nürburg) and the access road via Breidscheid / Adenau (please take a look at the map on the back side). The Grand Prix track can be entered for tourist rides via the Historic Paddock. Please pay attention to the signs since changes might be possible! d Special information about the access point Nordschleife Breidscheid / Adenau The procedure here is the same as at the main access point in Meuspath. At the entrance Breidscheid / Adenau, however, you buy half a lap extra to ride on the track until you reach the new access point. There you will have to leave the track in order to start your remaining full lap at the main entrance of the Nordschleife. E-MAIL: INFO@NUERBURGRING.DE
d The instructions of the track safety staff must be followed. d Behaviour in case of an accident Do not turn or reverse in any case! You are not allowed to continue driving after having an accident. Correct behaviour: If possible park the car safely, set up the warning triangle and warn following drivers without putting yourself in danger. Report the accident using the emergency telephone number + 49 (0) 8000 302 112.
