If you have any questions about obtaining a credential, please reach out to Monica Gomez-Fernandez at monica.gomez-fernandez@iaaf.org. 2016 Athlete Support Programs: USATF Medical Stipend/Medical Savings Account (formerly the USOC Medical Stipend) USATF International Competitive Opportunity Grant USATF Coaching Stipend (Tier 1 & Tier 2 only) USATF St. Vincent Medical Program resources available now for Tiers 1-3 athletes USATF Domestic Competitive Opportunities USOC Elite Athlete Health Insurance (Tier 1 and Tier 2/ Tier 3-based on slots available) USOC National Medical Network USOC Performance Pool Funding (Athlete Stipend)** USATF Medical Stipend Amounts: Tier 1 - $2,000 Tier 2 - $1,250 Tier 3 - $1,000 In 2016, the USATF Medical Stipend will be allocated as a USATF medical savings account. Athletes or agents can submit receipts electronically via the procedure below for reimbursement. Qualifying expenses include: medical insurance premiums or copays, massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, recovery center use, pharmacy, and others. USATF will also accept invoices for pre-payment of services, such as pre-paying massage visits in bulk. To submit receipts for reimbursement, use the following procedure. Take a photo of the receipt / invoice / bill. Make sure that the medical procedure and cost is clearly visible. Email the photo as an attachment with the following information: Your name, whether the payment goes to you or to the company listed on the receipt / invoice / bill. Email to sportsscience@usatf.org. Payments will be processed at the end of each month. The shuttles for Competition will depart from the Hilton Portland at the corner of Taylor St. and 6th St. Shuttles will be on a 30 minute rotation and will also dual as Practice Shuttle for those practicing on the Warm-Up Track at the OCC. Friday, March 11 o First Shuttle to depart the Hilton for the Competition Venue at 9:00 AM o Last Shuttle to depart the OCC for the Hilton (post Competition) at 9:00 PM Saturday, March 12 o First Shuttle to depart the Hilton for the Competition Venue at 12:00 N o Last Shuttle to depart the OCC for the Hilton (post Competition) at 9:00 PM Taking the MAX from Hilton to OCC 1. Walk to Pioneer Courthouse Square 2. Take the MAX Blue Line towards Gresham 3. 2016 Indoor Championship Heat Sheets Once available, heat sheets will be posted on the 2016 USATF Indoor Championships Event Page. We will also email an electronic copy of the heat sheets to all Authorized Athlete Representatives. Lincoln High School (LHS) Practice Schedule LHS will be available at the following times on the following days: Thursday, March 10 10:00 AM 2:00 PM Friday, March 11 10:00 AM 2:00 PM Saturday, March 12 10:00 AM 2:00 PM LHS Shuttle Schedule Shuttles will depart from the Hilton Portland at the corner of Taylor St. and 6th St. The first shuttle leaving for LHS will depart 15 minutes prior to the start of practice. Shuttles will be on a one (1) hour rotation, with the final shuttle leaving LHS 30 minutes past the end of practice. Oregon Convention Center (OCC) Practice Schedule The OCC will be available at the following times on the following days: Thursday, March 10 2:00 PM 7:00 PM on the Competition Track Friday, March 11 9:30 AM 7:00 PM on the Warm Up Track Saturday, March 12 12:30 PM 8:00 PM on the Warm Up Track OCC Shuttle Schedule Shuttles will depart from the Hilton Portland at the corner of Taylor St. and 6th St. The first shuttle leaving for the OCC will depart 30 minutes prior to the start of practice. Shuttles will be on a 30 minute rotation, with the final shuttle leaving the OCC one (1) hour past the end of practice. Garage Parking Those who have cars or will be driving to the OCC, parking can be found in the OCC Parking Garage. Enter the garage through either the Northeast First Avenue (P1) or Lloyd Boulevard (P2) entrance. Overnight parking is prohibited. The parking garage opens at 6:00 AM.
