We add footwork to strokes and learn to serve in this class. PRIVATE LESSONS Please call Bunny to arrange all new private lessons. Bunny is a USPTA certified professional. Semi-privates are also available at various rates. You may invite friends or guests to participate in lessons and clinics. Members have the first priority if space is limited. PLEASE CANCEL 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE for a lesson so that another member may have the opportunity for that time or your account will be charged. CLINICS Clinics will be charged at the end of the first week in June for the first session. We will contact you as to what you have reserved and confirm with you before charging your account. Remember you are signing up for a class. We will pro-rate clinics by the week based on your original registration. You may make up a missed day during another clinic THAT MONTH. TO BETTER SERVE YOU, PLEASE REMEMBER COURT MAINTENANCE HOURS These vary between noon & 4:30. To keep the soft courts in top playing condition, the staff needs to brush and water them daily. We will make every effort to work around your playing times. COURTS RESERVATIONS Reservations are urged no matter what time or day as court closing and maintenance depend on last reservation. A week s notice may be given for a reservation. You can play as early as 6:30 am or as late as 9:00 pm with a reservation. COURT CHECK-IN So that each member may have the particular court he/she reserved, please check-in at the shop first. EVENT RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS Please let us know by Thursday noon for an event scheduled for Fri- Sun. if you plan to cancel. Please call 24 hr in advance for any other event to cancel so that your account will not be charged. DRESS CODE Cutoffs, jeans, swim suits are not allowed. Shirts must always be worn. Men must wear polos, or appropriate t-shirts no muscle t-shirts or tanks. Ladies may wear appropriate tanks, polos, caps, or t-shirts. Sport bras may be worn underneath shirts. Appropriate means those items that are sold as tennis apparel at our club. T-shirts include those with positive messages or corporate logos.
