7. Presentation Night 2016 Another successful evening. Thanks to all those who helped with the event. 8. Club Licence Review Slightly down on numbers issued, previous year shown in brackets:- Seniors 62 (72) Juniors 33 (40) OAP 17 (17) Concession 6 (7) Members advised no reason to change pricing structure, all members unanimously voted in agreement. Licence price for 2017/18 remains 15 Adult, 10 OAP & 5 for Juniors. With reduction from 1st October to 8, 5 & 3 respectively 9. Matches & Prices Attendance last year was consistent with previous year with a slight average increase in Spring League from 26 to 28. Coach prices in 2017 remain unchanged from 2016 ( 480/trip) Based upon this information it was agreed unanimously that match prices shall remain as they are:- Car Trips 10.00 Coach Trips 40.00 10. Election Of Committee As per 2005 AGM agreement, committee member review dates are on a rolling three year program as follows:- Chairman 2016 2019-2022 Secretary 2017-2020 - 2023 Match Secretary* 2018-2021 - 2024 Unanimous vote by all for FD to remain as Chairman

Bailiffs Currently our bailiff s are, in no particular order:- Frank Davies, James Bryan, John Bryan, Joe Fagan, Ken Whibley, Mike Lewis, Jim Bates, Paul Rowlands, Paul Roby, Sue Nicholson, Phil Morris, & Paul Bryan. All bailiffs asked if wish to continue in 2017, all those present agreed. Bailiff cards will be produced in association with Club Licences 2017/18 and issued in March 2017 to coincide with issue of club licences. 12. Club Rules & Regulations Early Peg & Match arrival/draw time as per October meeting, letter handed out to those attending confirming arrangements, copy attached to this web report. 13. Junior Match review 2016 With 10 Juniors in the league as opposed to 20 in 2015 and 12 in 2014. Average match turnout was 6.4 the highest turnout being 8,in 2015 average was 11.6 with highest turnout being 15. We have arranged 2017 matches but could do with ideas on encouraging more Juniors?? Suggestion from NP regards contacting schools such as Barrow Hall to get our details in any school publication and on any Facebook page they may have. 14. Golden Peg 485.00 15. Cash for Clothes 'ML' continues collecting and raising funds. This calendar year he has raised 284.00 with the help of 'JF' and 'PJ' and all of our contributors during the last year. 'PB' asked members present to continue the search for suitable donations which will aid in adding to the fund.

Christmas Raffle 320 Tickets split three ways, one prize on each which is a Xmas hamper each with beer, wine, spirits, chocolate & biscuits, one set for club, one for Hoop & Mallet and one for Tommy Horan. Each group then guaranteed a prize The following offer of donations have been received:- Vodka - MW, FD, NP Whisky - JG, ML, TS Sherry - ND, JF Beer - Club to purchase Draw takes place at pub on Sat 17th December at 10.00pm. Drink donations accepted at forthcoming matches or next and last club meeting this year (01/12/16 meeting, 03/12/16 match). 17. Fur & Feather Match 03/12/16 Partridge Lakes Covey 6 (Fur & Feather Match) Carvery free for attending match members (standard carvery, not drinks), scheduled time 6pm arrive for 5.30pm. 18. 2015 General Summary Successful Dogs Bollocks Match - Fourth year coming up in 2017 and includes an additional Summer 'Sweaty Bollocks' Attendance for senior matches are healthy, Juniors needs help Club represented in National events (Garbolino Club Angler etc) Members/Teams represented POHAS in Partridge Winter League,Heronbrook Spring & Partridge Clubman giving more national coverage 19. CLUB MATCHES (updated October 2016) As discussed at October meeting and will be included in future issues of club licence Match Etiquette Arrival time at venue for all car trips is 8.00am Arrival time at pick-up point for all coach trips is 5.30am (Car Trips) - Members booked on matches via monthly payment, Bonded or verbal agreement Draw takes place between 8.15am - 8.30am, all members are asked to be at the venue for 8.00am and at the draw location between the above times. If you think you are running late and will arrive after 8.15am, please notify by phone a member of committee on match, we can then draw your peg for you without delaying proceedings. If we receive no communication and you arrive after 8.15am you are likely to be omitted from the match and charged the current match fee. (Car Trips) - Members not booked on match Please don't just turn up at a match unannounced on time or otherwise as it is possible space may not be available. (The above can be subject to change due to circumstances beyond club/committee control). The above additional rules have been implemented primarily due to the high attendance rates and demands we have for pegs on club matches and rules apply to all club matches (Spring, Summer, Winter, Midweek). We pride ourselves on running efficient matches in a timely manner and wherever possible fish 10.00am - 3.00pm. The above will help in us achieving that goal. We are hoping the additional rules will not be an issue with everyone being in the right place at the right time and everyone can have an enjoyable day. Early Pegs - Members requesting early peg will after agreement with match referee, from the date of request be given early peg at all club matches. Match referee will decide at each venue which and how many pegs are deemed early, these are non-negotiable
