Tournament Terms and Conditions Booking, Deposit and Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. It must be paid in full 14 day prior to the event Deposit for groups of 50 or less $500 Deposit for groups of 51 100 $750 Deposits for groups of 101 or more $1000 Full payment for the tournament is required before the start of the event. The deposit will be applied to your bill. Extra charges (excluding the deposit and tournament payment) will be invoiced to the organizer within 10 days after the event (usually the same day). Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue balances are subject to interest. Number of Players Confirmation of final numbers (meals, players, and tournament specifics) MUST be confirmed at least (8) days prior to the scheduled event. Any reductions in those numbers will be subject to a full tournament fee. Golf events are booked by full foursomes. This includes green fees, power carts and pro-shop prize fund. Food is billed to the number of meals confirmed (8) days prior to event. Tee off Format: Groups of 40 or less will tee off on regular tee times Groups of 44-80 will tee off in a two-tee crossover Groups of 84 or more will tee off in a shotgun start All formats are subject to approval. Dress Code: All golfers in your event must adhere to our Dress Code Golf attire only. Proper golf footwear or soft-soled shoes are required NO jeans, t-shirts, sweatpants, track pants, cutoffs, tank tops, halter-tops or metal spikes allowed Individuals not wearing proper golf attire will be asked to comply with the dress code before allowed on the course.
Tournament Terms and Conditions (continued) Food and Beverage: All food and beverage consumed by guests during your event must be purchased from our lounge, restaurant, or beverage services and must remain on the premises. Liquor not purchased from such premises will be confiscated. We serve alcohol in a reasonable and professional manner and adhere to the laws and regulations outlined by the AGLC. Groups or individuals who choose to disregard these laws and regulations or become unruly will be asked to leave the premises. Speed of Play Groups must play in a maximum of 4 hours and 30 minutes. All groups must keep up with the group directly in front of them. The course marshal and pro-shop staff have sole authority on the golf course regarding speed of play issues and will take necessary action when they deem fit. Cancellation / Inclement weather The event will not be canceled due to inclement weather. If the course superintendent closes the golf course for any reason the golf portion of the event will be rescheduled or refunded. The banquet portion will be required to take place regardless of weather or course status. Power Carts Power Carts are required for all golf tournaments. We have 60 power carts to accommodate 120 golfers. If you need additional carts for larger groups or for volunteers, tournament organizers, photographers, etc please reserve the carts at least 30 days in advance. There will be a $20 per cart fee for such reservations. We strictly enforce our no-rider policy. Non-playing individuals are not allowed on the golf course A power cart waiver form must be signed by your organizer which holds the tournament responsible for all damages to power carts by all participants. Volunteers Hole in one volunteers must be provided on each hole where there is hole in one prize. The volunteer is necessary to verify if a hole in one occurs. Volunteers will be provided a table and chairs at the tee box. On course volunteers must arrive no later that 1 hour prior to tee off.

Tournament Agreement I understand that this agreement, completed in full and a non-refundable deposit are required to confirm the proposed tournament date. I understand that payment for the event is required in full prior to the start of the event. Any additional charges (extra prizes, extra power carts, rentals or meals) will be charged to the credit card on the tournament contract at the conclusion of the event. I have read and understand clearly the tournament Terms and Conditions. I understand that a guaranteed number of players and meals must be confirmed in writing (8) days prior the the event. Any reduction in numbers will be subject to full tournament charges. The tournament acknowledges and accepts responsibility for all damages to the golf course, power carts, rental clubs, clubhouse and any fixed or rented property. The tournament will start at the scheduled time unless the course is closed or deemed unplayable by the course superintendent. If this occurs, the 1 st option will be to delay the event time. The 2nd option will be pick an alternate date. A refund will be issued if both option 1 and 2 are not feasible. ANY GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL NOT ABIDING BY COURSE POLICY MAY BE REMOVED WITHOUT WARNING AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COURSE MANAGEMENT OR STAFF.
