Last year, ŠKODA AUTO celebrated ten years in the role of a proud official partner of the French stage race. This year the partnership was extended to 2018 and it also relates to the Spanish Vuelta race. Each year, since the very beginning in 2004 when ŠKODA cars became official Tour vehicles, a convoy of up to 250 ŠKODA cars has accompanied the peloton be it as escort, journalists or organizers vehicles. This year the 101st Tour de France is starting on the 5th of June and the start is taking place in England, in Yorkshire county.
