Welcome to the Price Family Ranch Horse Sale, We are pleased to present another set of nice horses from the Price Family Ranch. We have not had a sale in a few years, so this could possibly be the nicest grouping of horses that we have ever offered. is is a sale that has been years in the making!!! We are presenting a superb selection of well-bred quarter horses. ree years ago, we unfortunately lost Cozmo, our breeding sire, in a ranch accident. It was a huge loss for us, especially because of his unbelievable disposition. He sired some of the nicest colts in this program. e loss of Cozmo occurred right in the middle of breeding season, so we went with a young stud that we home-raised, Bud. is horse was sired by Cozmo and has a great disposition. Although Bud is very eye-appealing, he got too big for our breeding program. Later, we chose to geld Bud and look for a stud that would better fit the qualities we desired in our breeding program. With a little searching, Cougar became the new stud of our ranch. We are very pleased with the qualities that this son of High Brow Cat has brought to our program. is is a quick, cowy horse that has agility and smarts. Cougar compliments our mares quite well. He is a great addition to this ranch. We use him in all our ranch work. We have the first group of colts out of him, and we are impressed. With the moisture and profitable cattle, the future looks bright for the business of ranching. However, with fuel on the rise, it would be a great year to buy a couple of excellent horses. is is the sale that will provide them. Our horses, along with the consignment horses, provide over 40 nice saddle horses.
